This is a good iron supplement but for vegan / vegetarians it could do with having a higher amount of B12 added to it. As it stands you need to take an additional b12 really at least every other day. So I think considering the price they could add in a higher amount of B12.

I’ve been taking these iron tablets for the last few weeks as I’ve been told I’m anaemic. I’ve not noticed any major improvements in my symptoms; weakness, fatigue etc. I have had some lesser appealing side effects too so I’m going to give up on these for now. They are supposed to be gentle but I’ve not noticed the benefits either. They are easy to swallow though. Just not working well for me.

There are no unnecessary fillers, additives, bulking agents, artificial ingredients, or preservatives.The capsules are suitable for vegans, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. The one-capsule-a-day dosage is simple and convenient to maintain a daily routine. At £24 for a two-month supply, the price seems fair considering the quality ingredients and gentle formula.Overall, I’d recommend Purolabs Iron Bisglycinate to anyone looking for a gentle iron supplement with clean ingredients and a convenient dosage. Iron, B Vits and Vitamin C are all super important to health - well as far as I’m concerned anyway, especially as less and less vitamins and minerals are available in the food we get.This blend is a great mix of Iron, Vit C and B2, Folic Acid and B12.They are capsules rather than tablets and and so are very easy to swallow.They have no smell, taste or aftertaste.At one capsule per day being a ‘serving’ there are 60 days supply in this bottle.The brands mission appears to be high quality better absorbed supplements, and importantly, they are made in the UK.So far I’m feeling good and have had no negative effects, so it’s great start.

You need to be taking supplements for a few weeks before you notice any difference, so as I've only been taking these iron complex capsules for a few days, I can't say whether they are any good. I'm hoping they will be. I can say however, that the capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any ill effects since taking them.The pack contains 60 one-day-day capsules, which works out to around 40p per day. Assuming they do their job, I regard this as good value, and in line with similar iron complex supplements sold in the popular hgh street health shop.Overall, so far I'm very happy with this iron supplement.
