This review is for the 'Yinleader Power Inverter 2500W DC 12V/24V to AC 240V Converter Big LCD Display 3 UK sockets 4 USB -Suitable for Travel, Camping, RV's'.I received this and put it to work in my camper conversion. On the face of it the build quality looks great, the supplied power leads are thick, the twist knobs to attach power are large and appear heavy duty. A small alarm bell started ringing when I saw the remote said 'Digital' on it - when it looks very much like an analogue radio remote as it has an aerial - however I let that go as everything else looks great.Inside the pack alongside the inverter, power leads and twist knobs are six 50 amp fuses - which frankly are huge, but also equals 600 watts.After wiring into my accessory battery circuit it turns on and shows a nice LCD display on the top panel. This inverter has 4 USB sockets on the top which are nice but I am more interested in the 240v sockets and here is where the illusion of quality falls out of the window.All 3 plugs sockets do not have any of the 3 pin safety protection - i.e. earth pin protects the live and neutral from being accessed. Harsh reality of this is that live and neutral can literally have anything pushed into them (or fall into them) at any time. An added complication is that plugs that fit into these plug sockets are also very loose, meaning that plug sockets can fall out or jump out if you go over a harsh bump etc.Though the fan is fairly quiet on a low drain it does increase as the draw increases. I could not try the remote control as I do not have the required battery for the remote and cannot see what sort of battery it requires - though it is unfortunately not included.Due to the safety features not being included, I don't feel this is something I could ever use unless I am directly in front and supervising the use. At the moment I am using it to charge my power tool batteries only. The fact that I cannot entirely trust it is a massive shame as it has the bones of being quite decent.As such I don't feel that a price of £149.99 is good value for money. A conscious decision was made to put sub standard plug sockets in this and i can't believe it saved that much money to make the compromise necessary.

Power Inverter 2500W DC 12v/24V to 240V from Yinleader .A budget inverter so not the build quality of more expensive models but solid enough and lots of features . A clear digital display , 3 AC sockets , 4 USB outletsIn the box - the inverter itself , fuses and an instruction manual .Connected up for boat use via solar panel powered 12V , low voltage fridge and microwave work fine although it’s not keen having multiple things plugged in - we need to rejiggle the whole set up really for CC and being off grid .Reasonable noise level behind closed doors , we turn off at night anyway.Still learning with this one - need to get someone with more experience to improve the current set up when we upgrade and add batteries and more solar panels .So far so good , a clear budget version but well thought out and working well so far . I think better used for canpervan , work van scenario not continuous use .Good value
