Excellent product, similar to THE UA material that sporty people like...This was a well received gift to my family and friends during the lovely hot weather recently 😍 . Easy to use and the main way it cools is by using 'evaporative system ' the bodies own heat to create a cooling effect. As the towel is applied cold it naturally will condense with the heat on your skin and this inturn drags the heat upwards away from you so you feel cooler. The same way applying a flannel to aid a temperature come down; when you shiver despite being roasting hot your body is trying to cause an evaporation means to regulate your core temperature, that is the bodies own mechanism and despite feeling cold, freezing in real bad cases it is always best to apply cooling techniques along with approved paracetamol and a good old fashioned fan. I can truly see this being a better choice as opposed to a soaking, hard to wring out- towel, or the constant wetting of a flannel, I think it would be way more acceptable to the inflicted.This towel is lightweight and remarkable in as much as you won't feel or get soaked. You drench it cold water then snap/shake a few times before putting it on your neck,head, under arms etc and nature will do the rest. An ordinary towel would hold way too much water unless you spin dried it first... as I said earlier bit like UA clothing. Think teabag and you'll know what I mean. It is very,very lightweight and is a godsend when lowering a temperature, cutting the grass, lounging about,out shopping, in the car , in the gym it's basically a take anywhere item. Most easy and efficient way to keep cool.I purchased multiple packs to distribute among F&F making this a cost effective purchase. The colours are lovely and it weighs almost nothing , each comes with it's own wee pouch including a carabiner to attach it to your rucksack etc. Some say the wee pouch rips easy but I explain to the recipient that if you take care it should go back in easy enough, on failing that there is nothing a ziplock bag won't sort out.It's small and compact enough to fit in a handbag / car door etc and can be left in the fridge for ' initial' additional cooling effect. It won't soak your outfits. A quick additional ( without having to re - wet it ) SNAP will appear to reactivate the cooling and it does to a certain degree, ( it's a very strange one to describe here, but it genuinely does get colder on shaking it) theres no weight attached to it and it's long enough so can be tied to your wrists or around your head, it's lovely using the extremities of the scarf to dab away the heat from your face whilst draping it round your neck.I 100% give this 10/10 .

Got these cooling towels for the gym, and they are fab! Just wet with water and they keep you cool. The towels absorb the water well and do not drip. Really pleased with them, they do a great job.

Bought due a condition that's excerabted by heat, they have saved my life this summer! Great value for money that you get 2 in a pack, really lightweight and breathable and a good size for wrapping round you. Not sure if it's me being super warm compared to other reviews I read but they didn't keep cool for as long as I'd like, did the job for about an hour or two before I had to re rinse them but great for a short burst of cool!

Fab item!We used these at Disneyland Paris the last week, 2 days were 37 degrees and these helped to keep us cool. We froze them for the second and third day and they defrosted while we were at the parks which meant they were even cooler (not sure if manufacturer recommends this or not but it worked). Handy little bags with clips meant we could attach to bags for easy access.

Bought these because they looked like some towels I’d had before without reading the description. They’re great though!I ran on a treadmill today - 30 degrees outside. Had a fan on me and put one of these in its bag with water and hung it beside me.When I’d finished I wiped myself down and wore it round my neck while I cooled down and kept wiping my arms and face with it. It was strange felt cold!Continued use warmed it up but it was great. Recommend.
