This review is for the “ Stomach Ulcer Test Kit – H-Pylori Test Kit – Complete Helicobacter Test Kit for Professional Use – Rapid and Accurate Testing Kit – Easy to Use Cassette Test Kit”I found this test to be really easy to use. The needle was relatively painless and the test was clear. I am unsure whether testing this way will give you a conclusive answer, I think stool tests are perhaps better indicators.

Test came well packed and in no time. From some time I was struggling with stomach pains, bloating and acid reflux. GP was sending me back home saying it’s just a IBS due to anxiety. I have done some research and it appears that those symptoms are common for people suffering from Helicopter Pylori and Ulcers. Found that test and decided to give it a go! Instructions were clear and after a moment test came back positive! So next day I booked appointment and requested further tests!! My GP was sceptical but agreed to check. After some more tests this test diagnosis was confirmed!!! Thanks to this little test I am now free of my symptoms and properly treated. Definitely worth money!!!

I'm not sure why some other reviewers have found this hard to use. All you do is prick your finger with the supplied lance, collected the sample and then it is just like a covid test - drop your sample in the tray and wait for the lines to appear. Simple!The reason I have dropped three stars is that this is not as advertised a test for stomach ulcers; it is a test for the bacteria that can sometimes lead to stomach ulcers. However you can have an ulcer without h-pylori and they need to be diagnosed and treated. So you cannot assume you do not have an ulcer just because this test kit shows negative.

Ordered this as I often get stomach cramps and i've been unsure if it's IBS or if there's something more going on (I suffer from gastric reflux so a build up of stomach acid essentially - and a cause of stomach ulcers for some) so I thought i'd give this a go.The kit itself is professional medical grade quality on the positive side - but on the negative side that means it's not really right for home use (in my opinion) by the average joe out there. The instructions are clearly written for trained medical professionals and not every day people (and i'm a degree level skilled professional - just not in the medical world) so I haven't actually been able to use it, as i'm not really sure what i'm doing with it. Perhaps if you're more medically aware (and know the terminology used and how to obtain the samples required) then you could use it at home, but I don't really think it's for that, it's more for professional use I think. At least that's my take away. Looks like a very well made and professional kit though that you'd find in any hospital setting.
