So the great news is that this works to give me energy.Not much on this earth works to do that anymore as I am a single mother who is burning the candle at both ends. I tried taking one of these at bedtime with my normal supplement stack, and found I woke up earlier than usual, feeling peppy. Usually, I am irritable and fatigued for the first hour after waking. I have also tried taking this midday with good results. I would say this feels like a smoother version of a cup of coffee, (if coffee still worked for me). The additional ingredients in this are a bonus and are traditionally taken to support the heart functions.I took off stars in the rating as there is no information on where the ingredients are sourced, and if they have undergone third party testing for safety. That is essential for anything you are putting into your body and consuming-not an option. I feel like this is just a Chinese company with an address in the USA for import reasons... and that makes me really leery of taking these. Can't find any info on the company.
