I'd never heard of a product like this so was keen to try it - I didn't really find the listing that helpful as to ideas for use/mixing so experimented! It works really well in baking to add a nutty flavour - we have a cake made from egg, porridge oats and banana as a breakfast and this finished it off with a delicious nutty taste but not the fat of a traditional peanut butter. Also been experimenting with satay style sauces and that works well too. A very interesting concept with a fab shelf life and you get absolutely loads so lots of opportunity to use it in different ways - I think it's excellent value considering its basically crushed nuts and how many bits you'd have to substitute for it. A brilliant cupboard option to have available, and lower fat and still natural can only be a winner in my eyes!

I usually add a couple scoops to my protein shakes to vary the protein source and add a little flavour, it tastes just like peanut butter when the moisture is added back in. It's very smooth and consistent in texture, easy to spread, blend and even bake into certain cakes.The tub keeps it fresh, it seals well and the powder has no bad odours or tastes.

Love the concept. It was new to me.The tub seals well and keeps the powder fresh until needed. No particular odour when dry.I've tried adding a few scoops to my protein shakes and porridge. Adds a lovely peanutty flavour that's easy to adjust to my liking.When making peanut butter spread for sandwiches, it's perfect every time. Fresh, nutty, and good consistency.Healthy and versatile. I'd be happy to recommend.

This peanut butter powder is a game-changer! My son loves adding it to his protein shakes. It gives them an amazing peanut butter flavor without all the added calories and fat. The powder mixes easily and doesn't leave any clumps. It's also great to know that there's no added sugar, making it a healthier option. Highly recommend!

Didn't really proceed to adding that as a shopping list regular.This first of all, the container is bigger than I was expecting.I tried a little bit dry, there’s a bit of light-bitter/an after-taste after what tasted like a pretty fresh peanut butter…I’ll do further testing and update this.Like adding EVOO to make extra virgin olive oil peanut olive Butter…If it tastes better I’ll leave this rating.It not, l I’ll take some stars off depending.It’s £19, the shelf life is great,but it has to taste great too!Update—Took a star off. Maybe I’ll see what it tastes like with some seas salt and or dates added. May be okay for baking with?

A good substitute to regular peanut butter, not giving up on taste, sacrificing only the calories in it.Perfect for porridge, smoothies, yoghurts, or eaten alone as well (mixed with water).The ingredient list states peanut flour, not powder, don't worry: it's the same. Dried and desaturated peanuts, turned into powder.

I ordered this peanut powder specifically for making a wheat-free spiced coating for chicken (delicious!) and also to experiment with things like a peanutty tempura batter, and substituting for wheat flour in chocolate brownies and piecrusts. In looking at recipes, I've also been inspred to try mixing it with chocolate to make a hot drink (very nice!). I sometimes use ground nuts and peanut butter to thicken sauces, so that will also be something I'll use this for.Some peanut powders or flour are defatted and are thereby suitable to be used in low fat diets. This Easy Yummy Peanut Butter Powder lists the contents simply as 'peanuts' and doesn't say anything about being defatted. However, the listing says it has '80% less fat', and the nutrition label says it contains 13g of fat per 100g of powder; whereas peanut butter contains about 50g of fat per 100g. So this obviously IS defatted, and this needs to be considered when using. For example, if using it to make something like a satay sauce where you might want the unctiousness of the fat, it might be a good idea to add in some peanut (groundnut) oil.In terms of flavour, I mixed some 1:1 with water and compared with some smooth pure peanut butter. This powder is peanutty, but milder and with less depth than the peanut butter. But the powder form is different, and allows for very different uses from peanut butter. Really pleases to have this and will enjoy experimenting. Recommended!

Lo aggiungo ai miei cereali al mattino e da al latte un sapore più "nocciolato" e delicato, senza il contenuto di grassi della versione burro. Forse un po' caro, ma lo ricomprerei.

kein Zucker oder Salz zugesetzt. Top!Wie genau es produziert wird, möchte man sicher gar nicht wissen. Für 'ne Bio Variante würd ich durchaus auch noch etwas mehr bezahlen.Ich mix das gerne mal in nen Quark, Joghurt, Müsli oder mal in Pfannenkuchenteig.Zum Pimpen von Saucen eignet es sich auch alternativ zu Erdnussbutter und absolut geeignet ist es auch direkt mit frisch gekochten Nudeln (Glass, Reis, Udon, etc) vermengt, schmeckt fast wie Erdnusssauce, nur mit weniger Fett.

Le gout de beurre de cachuète n'y est pas du tout, on ressent plus un gout de chimique qu'autre chose.Quand on le mélange à de l'eau, comme indiqué, pour en faire de la pate à tartiner, l'odeur devient éxtremement forte, comme une odeur de plat brulé.Si vous souhaitez tout de meme l'utiliser je conseil d'y ajouter du sel et du sucre pour cacher le gout anormal.Une coupelle est fournie avec, à l'interrieur du pot, si vous ne la trouvez pas c'est qu'elle a été enssevelie par la poudre lors du transport.

Lässt sich einfach verarbeiten, klumpt nicht und eignet sich perfekt für Shakes, Saucen oder auch als Topping im Porridge. Besonders praktisch ist der hohe Proteingehalt bei gleichzeitig wenig Fett – ideal für eine bewusste Ernährung.Geschmacklich angenehm nussig, wenn auch nicht ganz so intensiv wie bei frischen Erdnüssen. In manchen Rezepten hätte ich mir etwas mehr Tiefe gewünscht, daher ein kleiner Punktabzug.Trotzdem ein durchdachtes Produkt, das in meiner Küche regelmäßig zum Einsatz kommt – vor allem, wenn es schnell und ausgewogen sein soll.
