It has a sweetness but not too sugary and the thick spread removes the usual emerging flow down the front of my shirt. It also has ingredients in it that seem to reduce tiredness. Goes to the top of my shopping list as I look on the heather in the garden to see the busy little bees who actually produce it and say.....Thank you,

I appreciate the health benefits of these ingredients, the flavour is a bit overpowering for my taste. It works well in tea, where the warmth of the liquid helps to balance the intensity of the turmeric. However, I found it to be too strong when consumed on its own or drizzled over pancakes.

Bought to use in my herbal teas and it’s a really good addition. The benefits of all 3 ingredients are amazing, so to have them combined is a great bonus. Will be buying again and looking at the other honeys this company make.

Decent quality. interesting flavour. A really nice texture honey with intriguing flavours that can take a little getting used to at first (Turmeric has a strong earthy flavour and the ginger has a little too). But persevere and you'll soon really enjoy what the complimentary flavours bring to the equation.The combination of Honey, Ginger and Turmeric, which all have great properties, in their unprocessed, natural state bring so much goodness in the jar. Having them all together is a one-stop powerhouse and an enjoyable one at that.This is delcious when used to sweeten tea, but also goes very well on rice crackers, giving an interesting Asian twist.For the amount of goodness in the jar, the price seems eminently reasonable.Highly recommended.
