These arrived promptly in a well-sealed (and resealable!) package. Good odour, nice crunchy fresh seeds. I ground some down with a little MCT oil to make hempseed butter, which can then be a smoothie ingredient (currently lacking a powerful blender, so the butter step helps it). The hemp seeds are a great component in seed porridge, or smoothie bowls, or on salads. They are one of the higher-protein seeds, so if you don't do well with legumes or are doing plant-based keto, they are an important protein source and have a good omega 3-6 balance as well. They are medium oxalate (whereas some nuts and seeds are very high).
