    Made several cakes with this now. No food colouring needed & a great flavour.It would be nice to have directions on the packaging as unless you understand how this particular cocoa works-you may get underwhelming results. A quick “how to use” will direct you. Basically different types of chocolate have different pH so need different carrier agents.If using this in buttercream icing, it’s best to SIEVE it into a fat (butter) & combine to emulsify. It will then give you a uniform & deep black colour. I do the same with cakes.I tried it with flood icing but not had the best success & prefer gel colouring by colourmill.Combines with whipped cream. Biscuit mix.Yet to try meringue & milkshake.Great quantity for price. Will buy again when I eventually run out! Also, it does not stain teeth after eatting!!

    Gross taste compared to other black cocoa. Plus it is not even bery black when baked. if hoping for an oreo style flavour look elsewhere. Very disappointing all round.

    Gives a good dark colour although not black more a really dark brown.Tastes horrible. Even with lots of vanilla extract added, which did improve the taste it still tastes bitter.Great quality cocoa, appears to be pre-sieved a little bit goes a long way.

    This is the best cocoa I've ever used! It's so so chocolatey. It's very low carb, so fantastic for keto. Can't recommend it enough!
