    It’s not too good to diluting mascara because it is an oil based product. This is good to dilute dry eye shadow to make it liquid.

    Makeup Mixing Liquid.This is a good product. It works great on my foundation. I haven't tried it on mascara yet as not sure if it will work. Quality. Value for money. Good size bottle.
