Coziness inducing effect that warms the room and costs 34p an hour to run. Low noise and easy to install. I bought it for myself for Xmas. Even without the heat the coal and wood burning effect makes you feel warm.

This fire is just perfect ... The flames are interchangeable with the remote control provided and they are so nice and look amazing especially at night time as they create suchbeautiful environment in my lounge. This fire fits perfect into my existing fire surround and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this fire and the price was just excellent

Next day delivery. Very well securely packaged. Easy to set up. Nice range of features all controlled from the remote. Coals and logs enhance it. One of very few BRASS fires of this design on the market, so very pleased to obtain one which complements our lounge decor.

I’ve only used the remote to turn on the flame effect, I have to keep referring back to the instructions for the heater as it’s not too clear on the remote. Thankfully I haven’t had to use the heat setting as the weather has been good so far. Great looking fire, the flame effect is realistic on the second setting, I don’t see the need for the other flame settings.

The media could not be loaded. This fire is absolutely fantastic and I can't believe the flame choices. I have been making changes to my lounge on a budget and the fire has completed the look that I wanted. I have a lot of mood lighting in my lounge and the flames on the fire match perfectly with the colours. It arrived early and was delivered well packed by a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble for him. the manual is so easy to understand and the accessories are brilliant ie logs and glass coal. My fireplace is very old, so when I took out the old fire the hole was too small to fit the back of the fire inside but fits perfectly to the wall. Looks great and would highly recommend 👌 Please note the noise in the background is my fan and not the fire

The media could not be loaded. Well happy with my new fire. The flame effects are much more realistic than I thought they would be, and the different colours really bring it to life. Gives out a good amount heat and is everything I wanted in an electric fire. Fitted straight into my existing fireplace with minimum fuss.
