Well happy with my new fire. The flame effects are much more realistic than I thought they would be, and the different colours really bring it to life. Gives out a good amount heat and is everything I wanted in an electric fire. Fitted straight into my existing fireplace with minimum fuss.

The media could not be loaded. This fire is absolutely fantastic and I can't believe the flame choices. I have been making changes to my lounge on a budget and the fire has completed the look that I wanted. I have a lot of mood lighting in my lounge and the flames on the fire match perfectly with the colours. It arrived early and was delivered well packed by a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble for him. the manual is so easy to understand and the accessories are brilliant ie logs and glass coal. My fireplace is very old, so when I took out the old fire the hole was too small to fit the back of the fire inside but fits perfectly to the wall. Looks great and would highly recommend 👌 Please note the noise in the background is my fan and not the fire

i replaced an inserted gas fire with electric one.Easy to install and a definate improvement on gas fire.I can hear the fan, but doesn't distract from conversation.Chosen as it was the right size for the hole, so Good fit.I think it was worth the money, stops the draft from the chimney, and very pleasant flame effect.

Can’t be more pleased with this fire insert from ordering to delivery was speedy very well packed and a fantastic price . The fire glow can be many colours it depends what you like . Easy to assemble. Just having the flame effect on gives the sense of heat . The heat coming out once switched on is good we brought this to replace and old one which luckily enough was the same size it’s great as a back up in case there’s a gas problem . Would certainly recommend .

The media could not be loaded. Title: Best Fire I’ve Ever Bought!I recently purchased this fire after trying many expensive ones over the years, and I must say, this one is by far the best. It operates quietly and provides us with lovely heat. The output is fantastic, and the different coloured flames are just lovely. I was worried about the noise from other reviews but i find it quiet. Highly recommend!
