The test is bery easy and straight forward but the results are totally inaccurate. Mine clearly stated positive but the full blood test at my doctors showed no problem at all. A complete waste of money.

Negative is that the reading is not exact, it's based on how dark a line is rather than a number.However as a positive, I had a recent blood test with exact Ferritin readings at the bottom of the scale, this kit did indeed show super faint line that would match the real test readings.It's good enough to get a rough idea and for the price and ease of use it's great
