Exactly as pictured really well made and didn’t take to long to put together it’s quite simple but does need a couple of people I would recommend putting the canvas and solar panel on before attaching it to the leg frame

Looks good now it’s up. Not very sturdy though. When product arrived plastic fittings were jammed into one of the legs. Took 45 minutes to remove them with a broom handle. Instructions poor. Not very clear and takes some working out. Definitely need two people to put it together.

First class service arrived 3 days early pretty sturdy so far we get quite a bit of wind so will see how it holds up was bit tricky to build ideally need 3 people the only negative only came with ground pegs so had to buy bolts to attach to decking that's the only reason I'm giving it a 4

Very happy.....great price and is as described. Special mention to the seller. One of my boxes was lost by the carrier. Great communication from seller who sorted everything with no hassel. Best after sales experience i have had. Highly recommended

Major issues with this product. Tjhe full canopy and 2 associated parts were missing - it also arrived with scratched and dented panels - very poor instructions - I would not recommend this product or this company.I have been told it will take 2 months to get a replacement canopy even though they have them in stock and are still selling through Bolo. Clearly took canopy and parts from my box but are unwilling to do this for me to resolve the issue. Initially offered £8 for the 2 month wait and inconvenience, then £20 - Bolo having to intervene. Poor product, poor instructions and awful company.

Quality pergola. After spending hours researching and looking in stores I went for this one and wasn’t disappointed. It does need two people to build but only to hold up the first top posts to keep it all together and stop toppling over. My husband basically did this in an hour after I held up the top end posts. In fact, I reckon I could’ve built it myself as he struggled with the instructions and I watched the video a few times on the product on Bolo. Just Kay everything out in the box once opened and don’t be daunted by the number of screws etc. very very happy with the size of this 3x4m as some reviews stating others weren’t actual size stated. Mine fits perfectly as expected. The structure of this is first class. Thoroughly recommend. I also couldn’t decide on one with drain holes or not. This has drain holes which I’m glad I got now so the rain doesn’t sit in the grooves rotting the material when pulled back. We’ve had a lot of rain and high winds where I live recently and that roof on it has withstood all of it. It looks like new still. Someone I know has already asked where I purchased it from and intend to buy a smaller version for their garden. Also, delivery was practically the next day! It said 5-7 days but thrilled it came so soon. Excellent company, excellent product.

Brought to protect my garden furniture absolutely perfect for what I need it for . All bits instructions were there quite easy to follow even tho my boyfriend did the hard work . Added few extra lights inside for evenings . Hopefully it’ll last in bad weather as planned to keep it up . 10/10 would buy again
