Why did you choose this product over others?:This is a brilliant AED trainer. It is small but demonstrates exactly what is needed. It is loud enough for the whole group to hear. Speedy delivery, well packaged and such good price

The media could not be loaded. This is quite an expensive device for what it is, which is a simulator for use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), but such trainers tend be quite expensive anyway, with some training models costing more than an actual defibrillator! In the world of training defibrillators it turns out to be at the lower end of the price range.In the box is the unit itself, a pair of electrode pads, a cable to connect to the pads and a 9-page user manual.The cable for connecting the pads is effectively just a shorting link; if the cable's in, the device thinks the pads are there, whether they're actually connected or not, and will proceed with the rest of the sequence.The review video shows the unit in action through its whole cycle (but with the 2 minute CPR metronomes cut short).It would no doubt prove useful in conjunction with a training mannequin, but for general training its functionality could easily be replicated with a smartphone app.

The equipment ordered arrived the day after and was immediately used in training for our scout leaders on tneitpr first aid course. Easy to setup and use. For training purposes, you can’t get better.

The device itself is amazing and so compact but does exactly what it should. Mine came with the connecting cable missing, but on contacting their customer service team and whole new kit was sent out free of charge

I decided to order this AED trainer as it’s good to know how to administer this equipment correctly if needed especially now with defibrillators located at various points and locations where needed. The trainer system itself is quite small and that makes it portable, however that said the quality and size along with the feel resembles toys I’ve purchased for my toddler and I assumed with this being a defibrillator trainer there would be a in-depth training manual with step by step guidance with pictures and what I actually got was a small palm size pamphlet with 8 pages. At the time of ordering this trainer cost £63.59 which is very expensive considering what I received in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded. The experience that I have with this mini trainer is good so far because this compact device is designed for those learning how to use external defibrillator which is essential for health and safety training that I have at work.The trainer simulates the functions of a real aed without the risk and it allows me to understand the steps involved in this operation.The size of the trainer makes it easy to carry it around anywhere and it comes with clear instructions to guide me through the various scenarios that I can encounter. Using this trainer taught me the first aid basic procedures that I have to follow and it has been a valuable addition to learn essential life saving techniques.
