Lightweight. Performs as expected.
Hot is hot, cold is cool. I have been happy with the results. I am not sure the cold water reservoir is sufficient for frequent use. I am an empty nester and it is adequate for me, but when filling a large bottle after a quart the water is much less cool. If I had children using it a lot, I might try to find one that can provide more cold water immediately. But, for a single person or an average couple, this is probably more than adequate.
Great Water Dispenser -alternative to water service
The dispenser came fully assembled, except for the water tray. It was very Easy to install and set up. It looks nice, doesn't take up a lot of room. I chose this dispenser because it allows the option to turn on the water for hot or cold separately, or both. It does have a pin holder for the water that you have to set into the mouth of the water jug. If you can easily lift a 5-gallon water bottle, it should be able to go on without spilling any water. It functions as expected and works great.

Top of basin came out.
It started off great and is still working like it's supposed to. However, when I took off the first empty 5-gallon cannister, the basin that it sits in came off with it. It has made it very difficult to trade out empty to full. Once I do get the cannister switched, it works just fine. I hope it keeps doing so.
