We found the Candy Pro after our old machine bit the dust. We didn't want to spend too much on a new one, but still wanted decent 'specs'. The Candy Pro seemed to be a good upgrade on our previous machine and we have loved the steam/easy iron features. We think this machine is pretty good value for money. We found it first for around £330 but managed to get it for around £270 on Prime Day which was an extra big win as we were prepared to pay the upper price if the price didn't reduce any but we got it for a good deal. Having now used it for the past week we would definitely recommend it and do find it worth the original price. It was easy to install and it has been loads quieter than our old machine which is great, faster spin, larger weight capacity. Definitely happy with our purchase overall.

After not receiving it when expected we finally got it 3 days late. My partner took it out the packaging and there is a small dent on the front but after the hassle of getting it in the first place I wasn't going to send it back. The machine itself works well and fairly easy to connect and use with WiFi. Haven't done a lot in it as yet but seems quieter than our old one and cleans well

It was advertised as a returned item in acceptable condition. Opened it up and all good front and sides. But on the back panel not only dented (which would have been ok) but broken at several bolts. So couldn't be fixed and would shake rattle and roll more than Bill Hayley! And first transport bolt then sprang out from the body of the machine. Immediately ordered a return. Disappointing.

I haven't tried all the functions yet but so far so good. Great machine for the money. Slight downside is that I don't find it to be the quietest machine ever although that said it's not overly noisy. Washes well, marvellous spin, easy to set up and use. Overall very pleased other than noise level (but to be fair, it does give a C rating for noise of spin cycle)

Such a quiet machine. Looks very neat too. It’s smaller than my previous machine so sits better alongside the adjoining cabinets. Very good range of programs, super controllable with many options for temperature and spin within each setting.I’ve not bothered connecting it to the WiFi as yet because I have no need but probably will just for the fun of it. It arrived yesterday and already on its third load. I got the smaller 8 kilo version, it’s still a roomy drum and fits as lot of clothes.Have to comment on the delivery which was excellent they brought it right through the house up and down steps to where I needed it. Very impressed so far.

Excellent service and delivery. Purchased this as a replacement for an older model (same make). Apparently from the fact you need a degree in tech to work it it's brilliant.

Bit fidly to put on the corrugated board on the base (left off to retrieve the plastic transit bolt sheaths I guess) note the push in fasteners are inside drum with the paperwork. Only done one wash but really impressed so far, loads of programme choices for every need, lots of short to medium length ones and all adaptable. This machine is really quiet on spin, the few people that say this is loud have maybe not got it level but it's much quieter than my old Beko. The clothes come quite dry on the 1600 spin but this can be knocked down to 1200 for bedding etc that may crease on a 1600 spin. Only small disappointment is it has a plastic hinge for the door but with sensible use I am sure it will be fine. I researched loads of machines but this one definitely stood out with the most rapid programmes for full loads. The door also unlocks as soon as the wash finishes, no waiting around. Still loads to learn yet and looking forward to doing so but so far I would highly recommend this machine.
