I have no idea if this works, though the lack of muscle cramps during/ after intense exercise suggests that it does - why is the spoon transparent? Up against the white powder, it's a B8^%&R to find..

Unlike other electrolyte powders, not all of the powder dissolves leaving small chewy bits in your drink. The flavour doesn’t compare to other brands either. I won’t be buying it again.

I ordered this as my usual brand was unable to deliver for 3 weeks; unacceptable in this day and age, especially on Bolo.So 1 star for this product arriving within 2.Also this was the next best price after my usual brand, so they get a star for that.But as some other reviewers stated, whether in filtered cold or room temperature water,, or my morning cup of tea, most of the granules remain in the bottom of the cup after drinking. I did not feel confident I was receiving any of the electrolyte benefit and after a few days decided to return the product. The seller states the product has to be unused and as sold to be returned, so I contacted Bolo to assist me with this and I got my refund.I can’t recommend this product and will look for an alternative which delivers on all requirements.

I get cramp... Maybe too much.. Type 2... try yo cv and sweat every day. Don't hydrate enough.Main thing it tastes like salt.I was looking for a better solution to the tablets.And this is it.I was recommended salt. Lemon warm water..it works and I've tried magnesium tabletsBit this feels like the salt mixture I have made with 5x what's int he tablets. Watered down with 1 pintIt's making my go to Pre and post refresh ment
