The bottom cap of the calibration weight was not fixed to the actual weight and there were loads of different sized tiny metal balls loose in the box. I put all of the ones I could find back in and put it on a scale that I know is accurate, and it wasnt 20g so that renders the scales useless as I cannot calibrate them. On top of that, these scales should cost less than £5. They are so poorly built that the tray just fell off when I turned it over to put the batteries in and cracked the side of it when it hit the floor. I know Bolo would do a refund, but then I have to go out of my way to package it all up and take it to a drop off point, and I simply do not have the time or energy to do that for the sake of a £20 refund, so I have just ordered a set of calibration weights (for £13) in the hope that I can make use of these scales. You know what they say....if you buy cheap you will buy twice!
