I bough this as I never get the chance to go to the gym due to work and University course on top. Unfortunately the Treadmill arrived with a big crack in the motor. Waldensports offered a refund or replacement straight away. Initially they advised me to take to my local Parcelforce depot but as this was a thirty mile round trip I asked about them picking it up. They did this without hesitation and, at my request sent a replacement the next day. This second one appears to be in mint condition and appears to be working well, watch this space.The kit folds away well and has rollers built in to aid moving. Its a bit on the bulky side and may be a bit heavy for frailer people. It's easily assembled, following the instructions, and feels solid enough. The handle bars a great add on with the control panel simple and easy to use.All in all it appears to be a great piece of kit well worth the money, and if you receive a broken one Walden Sports are extremely helpful.

After only one week. Sturdy, does what it should. Great value. Easy to set up. I am 82 and required this to ensure I can walk when the weather is poor. Do not intend to run 9n it, but it appears sturdy enough.

Bought to keep fit in the colder months as a walking pad. Came well packaged and delivered via parcel force in a couple of days. Really easy to set up with only a couple of screws to attach the display pad. Works as it should, feels sterdy and well built for the money. There is some noise from the motor which is to be expected but it is definitely not loud. Machine is heavy but can be moved around with ease on a flat floor. The arm is really good and helps steady you when walking at pace, the arm does fold flat with a couple of turns of the easy locking bolts with no tools needed. All in all it's a great little machine and is doing exactly what I needed it to do.

Although it was purely aesthetic and had no impact on functionality, I contacted the company immediately, feeling rather slighted after taking the gamble to purchase this product.That said, the issue was most likely due to the delivery service rather than the company itself—but I digress. I immediately received a response from a company representative who apologised, explained possible causes, and offered me multiple options to resolve the situation. This not only softened my initial frustration but also allowed me to find a solution quickly and effortlessly.This is the best customer service I have ever received. They assessed the problem, presented solutions, and resolved it efficiently. Based on that experience alone, I will be purchasing any future equipment from them and recommending them to others. Knowing that a company genuinely cares about both the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers is rare in today’s world. I now have complete peace of mind that any issue I encounter with the machine will be promptly addressed.As for the machine itself, it’s a fantastic addition to my home. The Treadmill is perfect. it arrived as promised and was easy to assemble and works fine. HOWEVER a few days ago a second one was delivered to me out of the blue. I had not knowingly ordered another one, so refused acceptance and asked the delivererit to take it back and return to sender.

Ottimo per fare movimento
Qualche piccola difficoltà nel montaggio che comunque non porta via più di 20min. max.Per il resto utilissimo attrezzo per fare movimento senza uscire di casa, semplicemente correndo o camminando. grazie ai tantissimi programmi opzionabili dal display chiaro e intuitivo.Tra l'altro è molto pratico e comodo poterlo piegare per riporlo dove più si preferisce, risultando anche leggero da trasportare.Consigliato.

Bieżnia poza zwykłym trybem ma predefiniowane programy dzięki którym mamy urozmaicenie w treningu. Dobre jest też to, że w trakcie ćwiczenia można dostosować zaprogramowane prędkości. Bieżnia jest cicha. Mi akurat trafił się egzemplarz z wadą ciągłości pianki otulającej uchwyty, ale jest tak umiejscowiona, że nie przeszkadza w treningu i nie jest widoczna.

C'est un bon tapis de course, pas trop dur à monter et de bonne qualité. Pas aussi professionnel que ceux d'une salle de gym, mais il me fait bien transpirer. Jusqu'à 6km c'est pour marcher et de 6 à 12 c'est pour courir (ce que je n'ai pas testé car j'ai des voisins en dessous). Le tapis ne fait pas trop de bruit et semble stable. J'ai choisi celui la parce qu'il avait une inclinaison et je ne le regrette pas. Les seuls point négatifs est qu'il est un peu étroit ce qui fait qu'à presque chaque pas on se tape les mains sur les poignées du tapis de course. Les poignée auraient du être un peu incliné vers les extérieurs pour un meilleur confort. Le tapis est asser lourd et n'a pas été envoyé par Bolo, donc en cas de panne ou autres problèmes ça risque d'être difficile à renvoyer.
