I have used this supplement for many years (not this brand previously) and have them as part of my daily supplement regime. Having grabbed this brand, I have seen no drop in benefit, and they are great value easy to swallow tablets. Maka root has become one of the new wonder kids of the supplement world so grab this good value pack to cover all bases.

These pills promise ingredients associated with positive effects, they’re easy to take, and well within best-before date, seal was intact.As with anything that’s not accredited and doesn’t say what manufacturer it’s made by or where (says distributor but that’s different), the consumer (we) sort of have to trust blindly what we’re told (and sold). I can’t say with certainty whether or not these pills work but I feel fine.Thoughts on health:The capsules are made of HPMC (E464, which is a synthetic material made from cellulose fibres - it’s also used in sauces like ketchup and mayo), and it should comply with most dietary requirements but it isn’t exactly natural as such.The ingredients of the powder include Korean Ginseng, which is associated with (not scientifically proven) a range of benefits but also side effects, so anybody considering taking this I would recommend doing their research and asking their doctor or pharmacist about any complications with other medication.

This package contains 180 capsules or 6 months’ supply (taking one per day). I like the fact these are made in the UK so have to adhere to our safety standards etc. They are capsule shaped, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The ingredients seem to be good and high quality, and I think the price of £9.99 is reasonable given you are getting 6 months’ supply. Recommended.

All medications and supplements are subject to any number of unwanted effects so you should take personal responsibility to ensure the benefits outweigh potential risks.Simply Supplements is a known brand and have been around a good while, so taking capsules from this manufacturer wasn’t an issue I faced, unlike putting trust in a name you’ve not used before. The bottles are sealed under the cap with a tamper-proof membrane so you can be sure the product is in the same unmodified state as it left the manufacturing facilities.Ordered 21st May 2024 and product dated January 2027. You get 180 capsules in this pack which should last 3 months as you only need one per day at the most. The capsules contain black and yellow Maca, as well as Korean Ginseng and black pepper. Researching the individual ingredients using trusted sources will give you an indication of the many potential benefits of the contents which stretch from lowering blood pressure, to assisting with erectile dysfunction issues. I say potential because, like any other herbal supplements, there is limited data for the claims mainly due to the lack of financial incentive for pharmaceutical research into herbal remedies.The capsules themselves are Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) which is a soluble semisynthetic polymer (gelatine-free) so should meet most peoples dietary preferences, but this is not a natural substance so you may want to check into this compound for your own preferences (the Codex Alimentarius entry is E464 for your information).I have had mixed results from products containing Maca and Ginseng in the past and wanted to see if I got similar results from the listed ingredients alone without the inclusion of other components, such as Cordyceps and Tribulus Terrestris. So far I have had a less positive outcome (anyone who knows these compounds will know the effects I’m talking about).

Simply Supplements 180 Maca Root Capsules with Ginseng & Black Pepper5000mgThe Simply Supplements Maca root capsules come in a screw-top plastic jar with a lid seal. The labelling gives a list of the ingredients and the usual cautionary warnings about keeping out of children’s reach and discontinuing the doses if you have an adverse reaction. Each capsule contains extracts from the Maca root as well as some Ginseng and Black Pepper.Maca root has many beneficial properties, I take it regularly so when the Simply Supplements Maca root capsules became available. I jumped at the opportunity to try them.Taking Maca root supplement not only seems to improve my energy levels I also find I can be more focussed on what I am doing and not be quite as scatterbrained as before.The Simply Supplements Maca root capsules seem to work well and are good value and I am happy to recommend them.

Product arrived sealed with a tamper-proof top - however, without a child-proof lid so caution is advised.Odorless and tasteless these capsules are easy to take and I take them as part of a health and fitness regime.I cannot say that I have noticed an particular benefits from taking this supplement however, I have experienced bursts of energy that I have not noticed before so maybe... I find that actual discernible benefits are often hard to measure short-term.However, if you want to take these particular supplements this brand is easy to take and relatively cheap.Recommended.
