It is easy to set up and very effective. Light in weight great movement/ flexibility and filters all easy to remove and wash. The suction on it is incredibly powerful. It’s a little hard to push on the carpet at start (due to the strong suction) but once it gets rolling its amazing! I definitely recommend getting one you won't regret it.

The additional crevice tool, pet turbo brush, and dusting brush are handy extras that make cleaning more efficient. The LED lights are also a nice touch, illuminating those dark corners. I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone looking for power, convenience, and ease of use!

Excellent vacuum. Cleans really well and is very powerful. Only complaint is with the customer service: not answering emails and it is impossible to find replacement filters.

Bought this based on customer responses and vacuum website reviews, but it was a mistake. While the suction is really good (no complaints about it), everything else is not so. First, the unit is heavy. If you are using a stick vacuum and think of "upgrading" -- don't. It's difficult to maneuver because of its weight and size, and so requires multiple attempts just to get to the spot you want to clean. Secondly, it's quite flimsy. Only a couple of months of using, and one of the guiding rubber wheels broke, and now it's impossible to operate on a hardwood / Floor mode (the Carpet mode works well though).Overall, I regret buying it, but it's too late to return now. The next one I get will be a lightweight / stick vacuum just like a had before and was quite happy using it.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Wow just wow, this is the third Hoover I have bought in a year and strangely it is the cheapest. The previous ones did not have enough suction power and with three cats I was unimpressed but this Hoover oh wow the suction on it is AMAZING it has left my carpets looking like new. Really impressive

Not as I'd expected, very fragile construction. Feels like might break as suctions very strong on thick carpet, no adjustment available. The light is very dim. And trying to get below furniture with the slide up design doesn't work, as it puts the machine out of balance and it becomes top heavy, meaning the beater doesn't touch the surface so no cleaning. The attachment process is a pain to use. Very disappointed but didn't know until you have it built and used it. Suctions great pity the design doesn't match the power.
