I’ve been taking this type of probiotic for a couple of months now and this one is a new one I’ve not tried but contains additional things such as nettle, cranberry and parsley so I’m excited to try as they’re beneficial in many ways as well as the probiotic.I haven’t got any issues ‘down there’ but I do notice I feel less tension and more relaxed down there when taking these.The pouch has a list of all its ‘free froms’ on the back and I’m glad gluten is one of them. Dr Vegan is also a registered trademark with a UK address so it’s promising and looks and feels it too.I’m happy with these supplements it advises to take one a day at a time £28.99 this will last a month so just under £1 a day to have these.It sounds a bit expensive and I’m yet to know if they’re worth that much but it sounds like they could be with the added ingredients and combination. It’s a an eco friendly pouch that still feels good quality.

These are great, easy to take and the supply is a months worth. They are expensive in comparison to other brands however, you usually have to take 2 large capsules with others whereas these are just 1 a day.

This is a pH Hero supplement from Dr.Vegan. Dr.Vegan is a well-known brand, and I regularly take their choline supplement.This supplement is a blend of probiotics (20 billion live cultures) and herbal extracts. It contains 5 strains of Lactobacillus, inulin (fibre) and a range of botanicals aimed at improving vaginal and urinary tract health. I really like that the formulation doesn't contain any fillers. The supplement comes in a paper pouch (plastic-free, home-compostable) that is easily posted through a letterbox. The expiry date on the packet I received is very good (10/2027).

Why did you choose this product over others?:I chose these supplements because I like how they support women's health and how they are a probiotic. I also like the addition of cranberry.Value for money:​For a 30 day supply, I think that the price represents resonable value for money. It's too early to tell for sure, but if they continue to help with balancing my wellbeing, they will be worth the price.​Quality:​These capsules appear to be good quality and so far I feel more balanced since taking them. It will take time to know for sure but so far my overall wellbeing feels improved.​Taste:​As these are capsules you can't taste them. They are average sized capsules, I find them easy to swallow. I find that they digest well and do not cause any digestion issues.Overall I feel these are a good product. You get a 30 day supply (1 per day) so I do think that they work out resonably priced over the month. I will maybe consider ordering in the future when these run out, depending on the ongoing benefits I experience with them.

As with all supplements it takes time for them to work. They are easy to take, however, not too big. So far no adverse reactions and no other kind of side effects.No nasty taste, either.

The item arrived on time, as described and packaged well by Bolo. I really appreciate the environmentally friendly packaging and the clean, plant-based ingredients, which are in line with DR.VEGAN’s values.However, I found the capsules to be very large and difficult to swallow, which made daily use quite uncomfortable. This could be a real barrier for others too, especially if you're not used to taking large supplements.While the formulation seems promising and the brand is reputable, the capsule size significantly impacts the practicality of the product for me.A great concept, but not the most user-friendly design.
