    6. HDR video is available in two scenarios: A. EIS is turned off, recording at 4K/2.7K/1080p@60/50/30fps with a 16:9 aspect ratio or at 4K/2.7K/1080p@30fps with a 4:3 aspect ratio. B. EIS is set to RockSteady or HorizonSteady, recording at 4K/2.7K/1080p@30fps with either a 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio.
    7. To use Gyroflow stabilization, turn off electronic stabilization in the goggles menu before flight and set the angle to wide-angle to ensure that the footage is recognized by Gyroflow and stabilized effectively.
    8. The maximum flight time of the aircraft is measured at a constant flying speed of 21.6 kph in a windless environment at sea level, with camera parameters set to 1080p/30fps, video mode off, and from 100% battery level until 0%. Data is for reference only. Always pay attention to reminders on the goggles screen during your flight.
    9. DO NOT connect the charger, connect external devices, or insert/remove any batteries during power accumulation.
    10. The 13km transmission distance can only be achieved under the FCC standard when measured without interference in an open outdoor environment. The above data shows the farthest communication range for one-way, non-return flights under each standard. During your flight, pay attention to RTH reminders on the goggles screen.
    11. Measured using 1080p/100fps video transmission, tested outdoors in an open interference-free environment.
    12. DJI Avata 2 is factory set to automatically perform Return to Home (RTH) if the drone signal is disconnected, and users can change the setting to hover or land before takeoff according to the actual flight scenario.
    13. If the 5.8GHz frequency band is not available (such as in Japan), screen sharing to the smartphone via Wi-Fi is not available. To achieve this function, a wired connection is recommended. Before flying, check and confirm local radio and aviation laws and regulations.
    14. Tested in an open outdoor environment free of interference. The video transmission distance varies with the operating environment.
    15. The power loop feature has a fixed radius and speed, which cannot be altered. The loop radius is set at 5 meters, and the minimum effective height is 1.5 meters.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great FPV drone to master the skies

Since it weighs over 250g, you’ll need a Flyer ID and Operator ID from the CAA, limiting you to countryside flights away from populated areas. Getting an A2 CofC certificate for £99 expands your flying options, and joining a Flyer club can let you fly in parks after a risk assessment. These steps are essential for legal and safe flying. Now, onto the fun part: the drone itself. This FPV drone is fantastic. The joystick-like Magic remote makes flying super intuitive. It's arguably the easiest drone to fly on the market. The 4K goggles offer an amazing video feed but are a bit heavy, and the real-world view feature disappoints with its VGA quality. The camera quality is top-notch, delivering smooth, steady videos even in windy conditions thanks to the Rock Steady feature. Despite the weight and legal restrictions, this drone’s ease of use and performance make it a worthy investment.New to FPV drones? There’s a learning curve, especially with the motion and trigger controller. Setup is straightforward, though the first battery charge needs a high-wattage charger. Once everything is updated, the drone, controller, and goggles sync seamlessly, ready for flight. The package includes a storage bag, replacement screws, propellers, and three batteries. The goggles have integrated front cameras for situational awareness. Detailed tutorials on DJI’s website and a user-friendly app are great for beginners.**Pros:**- Exceptional camera quality- Sturdy and easy to fly (with practice)- Comprehensive package with three batteries- User-friendly goggles- High overall quality- Convenient storage bag- Excellent app and support- Good battery life and internal storage- Smart GPS features for safe flying**Cons:**- Requires high-wattage charger for efficient charging- Controller is hard to master initially- Not ideal for beginners but manageableOverall, this drone delivers professional-quality footage and a great flying experience. It’s pricey and has a learning curve, but it’s highly recommended for serious drone enthusiasts.

What a brilliant little drone.Great (though minimal) safety features for the novice but very capeable of being 'hardcore'.60 mph is enough for me, flight time of around 15 minutes depending on throttle use.Camera is good enough for great footage, the video feed into the goggles is like Witchcraft ;-)If ya love the thought of being able to chase the birds, be a sport and don't scare them to much. Brilliant!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast, great camera and perfect for fpv flying with Goggles N3

    ◀.D.. · 12 April 2025

The media could not be loaded. Well, I'm really impressed.I've had various DJI drones and recently got into fpv via a DJI Neo. I already had the goggles N3 and motion controller, so connecting them to the Avata 2 was a piece of cake.Whilst the Neo is capable during a calm day, it struggles to handle windier conditions, as I found out a few weeks ago. Since then, I was determined to get the Avata 2 and I'm so pleased I did. This thing is fast and responsive. The camera is also great at 4k, with lower resolutions having frame rates up to 120fps.There's 46gb of memory built in, so you can use that or pop a memory card inside. The 46GB is more than enough to start with.Batteries charge quickly too, so you can keep flying for longer. This works perfectly with the Goggles N3, but is also compatible with the Goggles 3 and Goggles 2.It's also worth paying the extra £49 for DJI care, which covers 2 crashes, fly aways, etc.Overall, an impressive drone to add to my collection and to do some serious fpv flying.Definitely well recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a great introduction to FPV

    s. · 24 June 2024

I bought so my teenage son could join me when I go flying. This is a great into into FPV. The motion controller allows someone with no skill to fly instantly. It's almost magic just how simple this is to fly. You will still need to learn to fly manual mode to go beyond the limitations of assisted flight at some point but you can take this out day one and have great fun. The package has everything you will need to start out although you will want a proper controller to learn to fly properly. The downside with the quad is the weight. It is over 250 Grams and limits where you can legally fly.The googles 3 are a great improvement over the older googles 2 with a better fit and improved clarity around the edges. The big down let down at the moment is they are not compatible the DJI's existing FPV systems. This will most likely change down the line but currently, If you are looking at this as a entry into the wider FPV sport the these goggles are limited to the Avata 2 (and some DJI camera drones) The DJI Vista and O3 video transmitters will not work with the goggles 3This is also nowhere near as strong as the original Avata and are not user serviceable so make sure to get DJI care. You will crash flying FPV, or your not doing it properly. Just go to DJI website, put in your serial before you bind and fly the first time and for £89 you are covered for 2 years against everything, it's a great service.

Won't regret if you want to have fun and specially if it is your first drone

The best candidates were Mini 4 Pro/Air 3 & Avata 2. They all have the same O4 signal system. Mini and Air drones has advantages in their camera, 360 obstacle avoidance feature (useful in manual use and vital when autonomous tracking) . All have same camera features but Mini 4 Pro has 4K vertical shot and Air 3 has a second 3X zoom lens. Air has bigger body close to Mavic series and around 750 grams where Mini is 259 and Avata is 370 grams. Heavy drones are much more stable in windy air. Avata has VR style googles which is excellent part of the fun. You feel you are flying. With this device you can control the camera view with head movements as well.

DJI una garanzia! Recensione secondo la mia esperienza personale

    U. · 9 September 2024
