I was advised to try Berberine by the nurse and after searching for different products on Bolo, I settled for these.I’ve taken them for the past few weeks and I’ve dropped a lot of weight, don’t feel as hungry, but mainly I’m hoping it does bring my cholesterol down.Easy to swallow, seemingly good quality and I now swear by these.I’d heartily recommend 😊

I didn't expect this to actually do anything, since most supplements do absolutely nothing noticeable, even if they have some scientific evidence behind them. But the difference in how hungry I am has been huge. I've been tracking my calorie intake for months and started with having trouble staying below 1900kcal/day even while eating very low calorie density foods like stews/shakes, just because I needed to eat so often due to hunger. With 500mg of berberine, I can go as low as 1200-1500kcal/day without too much effort, and if I stay below 1700kcal/day I can vary my food much more and eat tastier but more calorie dense things and chocolate occasionally, which really helps with sticking to my diet long-term. With this, reaching a healthy weight looks like an achievable option for the first time.The friend who recommended it to me doesn't see nearly as big an effect, so YMMV. I'd say it's worth a try.

This product certainly works, for me at least. Not only has it aided with my weight loss it has improved my digestive health in general! I bought it because I heard it lowers cholesterol and while I ended up not needing it for that it has definitely has helped my body not store all that extra fat and sugars. It just seems easier to handle a diet while taking berberine.

I have been taking this Berberine for 2 months.I am amazed at the great reduction in my sugar levels.It has also reduced my appetite.I am taking 1 tablet 3 times a day, 20 minutes before meals.Personally, I have no side effects.I am satisfied, I will continue to take it.
