I ordered this because you can never have enough cables. These days it is possible to get quality cables for less and the price point on these is hard to ignore.The cable does wound with two separate velcro straps. The braiding on the cable is the lighter weight type and while this is a cheaper means it also causes less strain on amp and equipment connections. The cable has one straight in and one 90 degree connector. The connectors are replaceable which is a plus. They are soldered on and then shrink-wrapped from the connection to the sleeve at the end of each side of the cable. The connectors are well done and sturdy.I plugged the cables into several instruments (guitar, bass, keyboard) and there was no buzzing or interference. The sound was clean. The same was true running them between the soundboard and various different post recording editing equipment though I don't really recommend 10ft cables to do this. These are probably better for live performances were the distance between different points in the master signal chain are spatially different. I ran the cables through a test with an oscilloscope and the interference was minimal. All cables carry some minor latency. That's just the way electronics work so what was there was to be expected and within normal latency parameters. The cable ranked with other more expensive cables that I own and showed little difference between instrument and equipment functionality.This is a decent cable. It's got a more than fair price point and it performs on the level of more expensive brand name cables. While the braiding is not as tight or heavy as some other cables that I own it really doesn't make a difference for what I need it to do. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a multi-purpose cable at a fair price. You can be confident that you will get more than you paid for.

Well made, but product listing has some incorrect information

The REGIS 1/4 Inch TS Guitar Cable provides excellent connectivity from my guitar to the amp, delivering clear sound without any issues. The cable is well-made, with a sturdy feel and a sufficiently long cord for easy setup. However, the product description mentioned that it is a stereo cable with gold-plated connectors, which is not the case. It's actually a mono cable, and there's no sign of gold plating on the connectors.Despite these discrepancies, the cable offers great value. It's priced much lower than similar products without compromising on performance. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable guitar cable, this could be a good option, just be aware that some of the marketing claims are off.

Full confidence, passes stress test

The first thing I did when using this was send a signal through while kinking up each inch of the cable and wiggling around the area that connects to the jack. There was no sign of signal change. Looking at the jack end reinforcement where it meets the cable and the cable braiding, this appears just as well made as the more expensive Boss brand cables I have with one straight and one 90 degree connector. As for tone purists and the "need" for gold plating*... realistically, any tone difference (if there is any) could easily be compensated for by a slight tweak of an EQ and wouldn't be heard in a full song mix and definitely not in the context of a live performance. The important thing is reliability. It's too soon to know how it will function in a few years, but it seems just as durability as the premium options.*Regarding tone, if that is your concern, with passive pickups and an unbalanced cable (all TS, tip sleeve mono cables like this are unbalanced) the length of the cable can result in the loss of high end. Depending on your style and rig setup, it may not matter, but that is the more important aspect to think about.

Nice feeling cable with solid build quality

I’ve found that a 10 ft instrument cable is very useful length for in-home practice as well as performing, when you may need a cable to space a pedal a bit further away from an amp.This REGIS guitar cable fits the bill perfectly. The right-angle connector is well-suited for plugging into a pedal board or amp and pointing the cable in a better exit direction. All of the metal jackets felt solid, and I appreciate the strain-relief sleeves exiting from the connectors as well – this helps to prevent shorting issues down as the cable ages.The nylon braided cable sleeve feels smooth, yet durable. The cable coils up easily but stays straight when unwound - it doesn’t kink up when extended.Overall, this feels like a good quality cable that is very reasonably priced. Definitely worth having one or more handy in your gig bag.
