A set of 4 nice looking charcoal grey prep bowls with lids from KitchenAid in varying cup sizes from 1.5 -4.5. The sizes are marked on the base of each bowl.They all stack inside each other with the lids for easy storage and space saving when not in useThe outside of each bowl is a textured matte grey while the inside is smooth and shiny .Unfortunately the shiny internal surfaces mark very easy with little use, even just nesting them the bottoms show some rubbing. I would only use with plastic, silicone or other none metal and none sharp cutlery to stir anything in the bowls.When ordering these bowls the information given was that they can be used in the microwave for 5 minutes and that they are dishwasher safe. There is no mention of the microwave use on the outer wrapper nor on the bowls themselves .There is also no indication of what temperature foods or contents they can withstand safely.In this respect I would be reluctant to use warm or hot foods in them.The lids of the bowls fit nice and snug but are not leak proof or in any way fully sealed.I really like the bowls and will be great for prepping salad , cold foods or liquids or even for serving up at the table.With the lids on they are strong enough to stack on top of each other if needed.A lifetime limited warranty from KitchenAid and I expect these bowls are durable enough to last a lifetime if used for the purposes above.

They stack up nicely inside each other, saving space in my kitchen.The outer cover is more of a matt grey, and the inside is shiny. I found them super easy to clean and the different sizing is great for different cooking or storage purposes. I also love that they come with a lid that's secure, airtight, and can be removed easily.My only gripe is that the shiny surface scratches easily, so I only use silicone kitchen utensils when mixing.Although the description mentions that these are microwave safe (up to 5 minutes), the bowls themselves do not indicate that, so I haven't been using them in the microwave.Other than that, they're perfect for simple daily usage.

These are useful food containers that can be stored when placed into each other and safe space in the cupboard. I quite like these and use them to store various types of food in the fridge (prepared meals and just ingredients such as vegetables).There is one thing I do not like about these containers which is why I give this product 4 stars. The surface of these bowls scratches easily just with a metal fork. This means that bowls are not going to serve me for a long time. I am trying to be careful not to use metal cutlery when using these bowls but it is a limitation that can be frustrating. As soon as the surface of these containers becomes too scratched off, I will have to replace them with new ones which is a shame.Other than that, these are microwave-safe (up to 5 minutes) and dishwasher safe which is an advantage.

Very handy set of bowl that we all will find handy to have in a kitchen.They can be stacked on each other or can be placed inside of each other if you want to reduce the amounts of space for storage purposes.It is easy to wash them as well. Can be reused multiple times.Lids are good as well.

This set has 4 bowls with lid inThey are stackable which makes them compact in size when not in use, save up a lot of storage issue. The size is 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 cup size, the size is good for food prep or save left over food. The build quality is very good, sturdy and durable. They are dishwasher friendly and microwave friendly for up to 5 minutes. I find them very useful.

These are a decent quality and look nice. We make our own pizzas and like to have different toppings. I've mainly used these bowls to have different toppings available for our family to create their own pizzas, so mostly used cold.The Bolo listing mentions microwave safe but there is no mention of this at all on the packaging or bowls which is the only reason I've gone for 4 stars instead of 5. The packaging mentions dishwasher safe (which is great) so I don't understand why the packaging doesn't mention microwaves if they are ok to be microwaved.
