Other than that, this is great. I quit soda cold turkey in January and this helps break up the monotony when I tire of squash and plain water, and it's low-calorie and low sugar which is perfect.Smells as good as it tastes. Decent strength, one scoop is enough for a 750ml-1l shaker but for 1.5-2 or more, definitely do two scoops.

Very good preworkout however i think the caffine was a bit too high. Couldnt sleep till 6:30am this morning and i went to the gym and took preworkout 13 hours earlier. Im not crazy about the taste but good value for money. I hit new PBs on most excercises and enjoyed my cardio

Gets the job done, but cor, that taste is something else. Properly effective for energy and focus during workouts—feels the business about 20 minutes in. Decent pump too, especially with the citrulline.Mixing's alright, no chalky bits, but I can't get past that artificial chemical taste. A bit like drinking liquidised sweets that've gone wrong. Even with extra water, it's still pretty rough.Worth a shot if you're not fussy about taste and want something that works. Just don't expect to enjoy drinking it. Using it for about a month now—results are good but still wincing with every sip.

This was the first time I have brought this brand and flavour pre workout and will not be buying it again. I purchased this product as it allegedly contained the same ingredients and quantity as my usual pre workout but was slightly cheaper due to the reduced offer price. The only real difference from other similar products being the colourants and flavouring. Within 30 seconds of taking the measured recommended dose I had an allergic reaction and ended up in the local Emergency Care Unit for 3 hours followed by 4 days on antihistamines. Although this was a personal incident buyer's should be aware.

It’s amazing,everything about it is amazing, I mean the test is so good and man when you take this and go to the gym you will be so energetic and one more thing you will not collapse so fast after the gym. I love it👍
