Ordered on 01/10, received on 02/10. I took sample and dropped it in the mailbox at 17:00 on the same day. Today 3/10 at 17:00 received an email that my sample is in the lab. 21:03 on 3/10 received my results with little explanation. Much quicker than my GP.My box traveled from North East to London address so was expecting results after the weekend.Instruction is easy of you read it ( we lads don't like to read instructions) and remember about bar codes , push the lid hard until "pop" sound ,register your sample online and to fill little document.In regards to sample : I decided that I will fill entire tube to the top just in case as someone commented that was told that he was told that sample was to small.

Useless! Impossible to get blood of that quantity to come out of finger tip.

Clear instructions, test kit items seemed good quality. Responsive and helpful service. This test needs more than a few drops of blood, evidently some people can manage to collect that much, I couldn't, so I can't comment on the actual results process, but they were understanding and prompt to offer a refund.

Two reason for a 11) It doesn't say in the product description you can only use the test Monday-Wednesday - that's on the instructions you get only when its opened and can't be returned. I ordered this as I wanted results quickly for a doctors visits this week. Did the test on a Friday anyway as opened and sure enough have had an email saying no result as needed to be Monday -Wednesday!2) As with others - collecting the required blood using the needles enclosed is nearly impossible. Did everything they said - exercise, warm shower etc - I do load os blood tests and have never had to try and supply this much from home.Doc now arranging test for me through NHS - free and done better.

Despite following the instructions, shower, exercise, warmth, I had a hard time getting enough blood for the sample, and when I did it ended up being rejected because of haemolysis. They offered me a replacement kit but given the trouble I’d had getting the blood I asked for a refund which they were happy to give me.

I ordered this kit for my husband, to check his levels, and we were so impressed with the speed of delivery. The instructions were straightforward and it was so easy to use and then we got the results back within a couple of days. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and my husband is now going to do one of their other tests.Highly recommended.

Could not use as the 3 pin pricks to draw blood are no way near strong enough! I was left with all used and no blood to use. Waste of money
