Performance seems to be good . Appearance pleasant to the eye ,very light weight. Effect it has on facial hair is ok to good & the size fits size of palm & very easy to clean. All in all a good product for the price .

When I googled about nuyou facial hair remover it stated it does not make you hair grow back quicker or thicker so i ordered one from here .. Well I have to disagree with google and that it DOES make it grow back thicker and quickly. I now have to use it twice a day for the stuble its created .Very cheaply made . On off switch works when it wants too so it's unreliable . Unfortunately I can't ask for a refund as I've used the item . What a waste of money . Plus because it can make facial hair grow back thicker and quickly I now have to save up for lazer hair removal now the damage has been done . Extremely difficult to change battery and the tip falls off so the little white plastic ring in the tip goes out of shape . I have so many regrets using this
