Great as always I am a very old lady 80;in November and I can’t manage to keep doing your reviews I can manage my orders and they are always good But holding my I pad for too long is starting to hurt my left hand and shoulder so I am having to use my iPod less

These are so sugary they make my teeth hurt all day after eating just half a bar! Plus I didn’t read the ingredients properly for each bar. Turns out I can’t eat over half of the products as they contain dairy.

I was able to try a range of delicious options such as Crunchy Peanut Butter, Dark chocolate, hazelnut dark chocolate, and caramel from one box. Each bar was packed with flavor and had a satisfying crunch from the nuts. Not only did these bars taste great, but they also have impressive nutritional value. With 12 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per bar, they make a perfect on the go snack or post workout fuel. I also appreciate that they are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, making them a healthier choice compared to other protein bars on the market. The texture of these bars is also worth mentioning. They are not too chewy or hard, making them easy to eat and digest. I also love that they are individually wrapped, making them convenient to throw in my bag for a busy day.

My family LOVES KIND bars. We always like trying the different flavours so I was so thrilled to try this protein variety pack. Comes in a pack of 9 bars in 4 different flavours, 2 of each flavour +one - Dark Chocolate Nut, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Caramel Nut and Hazelnut Dark Chocolate.Each bar has 12g of protein per 50g bar which is a decent amount. They are bigger than their regular bars. The bars are also gluten-free and high in fibre. You can never go wrong with these bars. They have lots of nuts and are filling. It's a great snack or if you're craving for something a bit sweet. KIND bars are full of healthy, quality ingredients! These provide a big punch in a small package!Overall, all of the bars are so moreish with great nutritional value. Definitely recommend them.

I was surprised to see these bars available in packs of 9, which means you end up with one more of one flavour than of the others (for me, the extra bar was the crunchy peanut butter flavour, I have no idea whether this is always the case or if it's random). I was also a bit surprised to see they were just in a plain cardboard box instead of branded outer packaging.The bars are really nice - perfect for a bit of a boost between meals. The balance between taste and health has been well struck. The flavours are varied, and they're sweet but not in any way sickly.The protein content is higher than in your average snack bar, but I wouldn't personally use these as protein bars for workouts. At 12g of protein, these are a fair bit lower than the 20g of protein I would usually expect to find in a bar for this purpose. Still good for an energy boost, though.It's worth noting that although these are described as plant based, they do contain milk and honey and therefore are not suitable for vegans.
