So far so good, effective with no side effects. A good price, value for money, easy to swallow and I will continue to take, eases my digestion.

These are advertised as VEGA, yet they contain 'Halal Gelatin' - which is certainly NOT suitable for Vegans. I am actually disgusted by the fact they are allowed to advertise such product in this way. Additionally, these are definitely NOT 500mg capsules - more like 200mg or 250mg! Given these two major discrepancies, together with the fact the colour of the oil is almost illuminous orange, I am now questioning whether these capsules even contain Black Seed Oil.

Whilst taking any health supplement is a personal choice and results can be a little subjective and difficult to quantify, personally Iโm a big fan of nigella or black seed. Reputed health benefits (along with a balanced diet and plenty of exercise) include cardiovascular support and a whole host of antioxidants and anti inflammatory effects. Whilst i cant evidence this what i can say is that these capsules are easy to take - small and easy to swallow and virtually tasteless. Supplied in a convenient soft and resealable pouch of 60 vegan friendly capsules.
