I've ridden this e-bike for around 8 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever bought. It's given me the freedom to get around without a car, often beating traffic in a busy city. So you can imagine how I felt when my e-bike was stolen less than a week ago. The police didn't even turn up.I reached out to the seller of my Eleglide M2 (bsihao), and decided to buy another one. I knew I'd be getting a great value bike that is reliable in all weathers, with the ability to cycle way beyond 7 miles per day to work without an issue, without having to worry about performance or the charge.The seller went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. Explaining the situation of my first bike, they fast-tracked the delivery of my second bike without hesitation. What's more, the seller is always there to support with questions I have, such as technical questions about the charger and a faulty pedal assist sensor. Any issues have been solved very quickly. With the amount of riding I've done, the issues have been super minimal, almost non-existent.The bicycle is comfortable to ride, all the necessary things are adjustable, assembly is quick and easy, and the power still to this day amazes me.The customer service I have received is 11/10. Absolutely incredible. This bike and seller deserves much more positive reviews. And as they can probably see, a great customer service leads to returning customers. I'll be sticking with this bike for a while. Thank you for everything up to now.

The looks of the bike are amazing and the power of the battery makes you plan long rides and it never disappoints the rider. It is very easy to assemble the bike also they will provide tools to assemble the bike without any tension of having one which is brilliant and time saverโฆ I personally recommend this bikes to everyone because itโs a good value bike with many benefits in one pack. So donโt waste the time searching for e-bikes and go for Eleglide M2 and make your life easy.๐๐ฒ๐ฏ

Great price & excellent service, although it stated upto 7 days delivery etc it was outside my front door DHL on day 4! Christmas came early feeling. ๐Critical purchase for me as I have limited lung functioning & intermittent energy levels so this bike is my commute to shop & Drs as I've got a difficult hill in village that makes the thought of going out worrying.This fantastic ebike breezes up the hill at max speed... Lol. Oh my. Lol easy no effort....Listen, I'm already exploring miles outside the village now, enjoying coastal views.โ๏ธI've only had it since beginning of August 24, but it's priceless. It gets this ' disabled guy' out in the community & that's very important.So if your balance is OK, but hills or walking beyond 100 metres fills you with dread this ebike may be the solution.Start off slowly, radiate out on some nice cycle routes & you'll be cycling to pub for Sunday Lunches in no time.... ๐๐โ๏ธIt came very well packed. I assembled it indoors thinking dozens of bolts & screws to do, but it was only x 2 wheel nuts, x4 screws on handle bar & the wee light. But I savoured it as it is like a new pair of legs/lungs to me!I purchased the 29 inch frame as I prefer the larger frame & I've inside leg of 33/34 inches it is big size, but I like big. ๐So if you've smaller inside leg, the 27.5 size will be plenty.Bonus note inside my box I received latest 2024 model with improved battery & extra 5km range apparently, I couldn't stop smiling.Wooohooo! Thank you seller! ๐Plenty fast enough even at UK limited motor. I'll add some video reviews of my M2 EBIKE now named, ' Tonto ' after my cycle helmet cam turns up in in a few weeks.To the seller. It's quite a smooth bicycle and really nice going up the hills without all the sweating. The only negative thing is it's a little bit heavy but then I'm in my 60s is got lovely big tyres so your going to have a smooth ride also get a extra loud bicycle beeper because if unfortunately you did hit somebody it would re hurt them as it is a heavy bike, for the price are I paid ยฃ700 pound I would recommend it and I think it's a bargain hopefully in about five years time with new technology you'll be able to get a lighter bike

Nice bike, rides well ridden few times, but useless anyware other than someware it never rains.... I got caught in a light shower, and the electrics went haywire, drained the battery leaving me to push a nigh on 20 kilo about 10 miles - I'm absolutely livid

The bike was delivered one week ahead of the scheduled delivery date ๐๐ป well packaged and relatively easy to assemble. Took me a couple of hours but I was taking my time to ensure it was done properly. Iโve only used the bike a few times so far and furthest journey being 2.5 miles but I can say I am really enjoying riding the bike. Having never been on an e bike before I was taken aback by the torque when the assist kicked in the first time, very impressed. While cycling up a steady gradient the assist made it extremely manageable for my 65 year old legs and I am looking forward to spending many more miles on the bike over the summer. I would say this bike is very good value for money and if I come across any problems in the future I will update the review but so far so good ๐๐ป

Das Fahrrad habe ich geholt, um einen Einstieg in die E-Mobilitรคt zu bekommen & weil ich den Weg zur Arbeit und innerhalb der Stadt nicht auf Auto oder รถffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sein wollte.Das Fahrrad an sich ist stabil verarbeitet, mit ein paar zusรคtzlichen Sachen (Schloss, Rรผcklicht, Reifenschutz etc.) kommt man dennoch รผber die 1.000โฌ Marke.Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden, der Motor unterstรผtzt (wenn auch beim Anfahren zeitverzรถgert) zuverlรคssig, das Rad fรคhrt sich allgemein angenehm und auch die Reichweite ist fรผr meine Bedรผrfnisse vollkommen ausreichend.Zurรผckgelegt habe ich bisher ca. 700km und habe festgestellt, dass die Gangschaltung nicht optimal ist, da zwar eine von Shimano verbaut wurde, es jedoch die gรผnstigste aus dem Sortiment ist. Auch waren die Reifen ziemlich schnell platt. Das Problem wurde aber durch neue Mรคntel behoben und hatte ich auch bei meinem vorherigen Fahrrad, somit wรผrde ich es auf die Fahrradwege und Parks schieben, statt auf das Fahrrad.Alles in allem ist es ein gutes, solides Einsteigermodell. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein paar Sachen noch einstellen zu Beginn & Sachen hinzukaufen/austauschen, aber dann hat man ein solides Einsteiger E-Bike.

Non so, ma qui i pro e contro risontrati dopo i primi giri di prova.Pro:Prezzo relativamente basso.Autonomia della batteria molto buona, i 125 km indicati sono piuttosto veritieri, certo si intende in piano e a assistenza media. Batteria rimovibile.Motore che fa bene il suo lavoro, si pedala ma senza fatica anche in salita.Forcella ammortizzata e gomme larghe 2.35" danno un buon comfort alla guida anche in terreni un po' accidentati.Peso nella media, 22 kg non รจ molto per una ebike di questa fascia. Si puรฒ pedalare decentemente anche senza batteria.Freni a disco idraulici medio-buoni. Van centrati bene per evitare fischi in frenata.Montaggio della bici abbastanza semplice.La bici รจ bella esteticamente!Contro:Sellino duretto, aggiunto un coprisella.Fanale di coda assente, solo un catarifrangente, mentre รจ presente il fanale anteriore. Poco male, preso uno di quelle luci posteriori ricaricabili.Le fasciature avvolgicavi davanti sono installate in modo un po' contorto e tirato e i fili passano attorno al manubrio a rischio tensioni, almeno nel mio caso. Ho ricontrollato piรน volte e non รจ un errore nel montare il manubrio, รจ stato pensato proprio cosi. Ho tolto le fasciature per dare piรน libertร ai cavi e ora vedo se smontare il freno anteriore per farlo passare meno teso.Caricabatterie lento, per una ricarica completa possono volerci anche 8-10 ore. Forse meglio perchรฉ quelli a carica veloce stressano di piรน le batterie al litio. Scalda parecchio, consiglio di tenerlo sul pavimento al fresco. La procedura corretta รจ connettere prima l'alimentatore alla batteria e poi alla rete elettrica, e quando si stacca prima si stacca dalla presa della corrente e poi dalla batteria, per evitare scariche elettriche indesiderate.Concludendo sono molto soddisfatto, va benissimo per giri in cittร , campagna, qualche sterrato. Certo magari non รจ ideale per chi cerca una cosa professionale o per fare downhill, ma per un uso medio la consiglio!La spedizione รจ stata velocissima, ben prima di quanto indicato.

Comfortable ride. Smooth gear change. Electric power instantaneous when required. Took me a few miles and hills to learn how to drive it differently from my regular bike, but once Iโd nailed it I was away! Have done 65k and battery still 100%. Excellent product for money

Si puรฒ pedalare decentemente anche senza batteria.Freni a disco idraulici medio-buoni. Van centrati bene per evitare fischi in frenata.Montaggio della bici abbastanza semplice.La bici รจ bella esteticamente!Contro:Sellino duretto, aggiunto un coprisella.Fanale di coda assente, solo un catarifrangente, mentre รจ presente il fanale anteriore. Poco male, preso uno di quelle luci posteriori ricaricabili.Le fasciature avvolgicavi davanti sono installate in modo un po' contorto e tirato e i fili passano attorno al manubrio a rischio tensioni, almeno nel mio caso. Ho ricontrollato piรน volte e non รจ un errore nel montare il manubrio, รจ stato pensato proprio cosi. Ho tolto le fasciature per dare piรน libertร ai cavi e ora vedo se smontare il freno anteriore per farlo passare meno teso.Caricabatterie lento, per una ricarica completa possono volerci anche 8-10 ore. Forse meglio perchรฉ quelli a carica veloce stressano di piรน le batterie al litio. Scalda parecchio, consiglio di tenerlo sul pavimento al fresco. La procedura corretta รจ connettere prima l'alimentatore alla batteria e poi alla rete elettrica, e quando si stacca prima si stacca dalla presa della corrente e poi dalla batteria, per evitare scariche elettriche indesiderate.Concludendo sono molto soddisfatto, va benissimo per giri in cittร , campagna, qualche sterrato. Certo magari non รจ ideale per chi cerca una cosa professionale o per fare downhill, ma per un uso medio la consiglio!La spedizione รจ stata velocissima, ben prima di quanto indicato.

Fantastic value for money product
Comfortable ride. Smooth gear change. Electric power instantaneous when required. Took me a few miles and hills to learn how to drive it differently from my regular bike, but once Iโd nailed it I was away! Have done 65k and battery still 100%. Excellent product for money
