It's too soon to make a judgement on the effectiveness of this food supplement. However I can say that the tablets are easy to take, economic to purchase and, so far, without any side-effects. I have used the supplier previously, Iron Tablets to treat "Restless Legs" and can confirm that they are a professional and effective business to deal with and "Restless Legs" are no longer a problem for me.
