This is a great substitute for sugar. It does exactly what it says on the packet. I have it in teas or decaf coffees and it is perfect. I have found, when using it in cooking or baking, because it isn’t as sweet as sugar and you may want to add a little more and that’s when I have noticed the difference. Having said that, I would still recommend this product.
