Because of the narrow canals I am super sensitive to wax in the ear. I’ve used all sorts of ways to clear the wax, I bought this device with little hope that it would work but it does and amazingly well; both ear canals are completely clean on the second wash, no dizziness, no pain - just very clean ears. My hearing has been affected but I’m used to that and it takes a while for my hearing to normalise. The price is amazing even if there were no voucher, some chemists will charge you £60 to clean your ears , twice the price of this gadget. I would be happy to recommend it to a member of my own family and I don’t usually recommend anything as a policy.

I bought this item in April 2024. It worked well, clearing wax from my ears as required.I didn't need it again until January 2025, but when I tried to use it I found it would not charge. I contacted Aopick's customer service people and they were really hejpful, sending me out a replacement within days!A definite 5stars for service, but 4 overall because it really should not have stopped working in only a few months, should it?

Good product, well designed. One and only negative would be the small water reservoir which needs refilling after 30 seconds of use or so, depending on the setting. Otherwise pretty good.

Personally, I’m not a fan of having water go through my ears, not when swimming, showering or at any other point in time. However, my ears have been extremely clogged for some reason over the last little while and I can’t figure out why.Anyways that aside, this did the trick. My husband was very impressed with it when he had tried. He initially thought he messed up, as he had that feeling when water is stuck in your ear. He changed the nozzle and increased the pressure a little and the issue was fixed.When I tried the machine, I wasn’t overly thrilled at first again because of my personal opinions of water in my ears, however, I was surprised to learn how much wax had actually built up in my ears that I could never reach. I’m not entirely sure how far down it gets and pulls the wax up but my that was a lot.I will definitely recommend this to anyone if it comes up, however my only real issue with this was my one ear still feels like it has wax in it. I’m sure that’s just because I didn’t use it long enough or use a strong enough pressure, but I’m also using caution to use this.

I ordered this to use for my husband as he gets really blocked ears a couple times per year.It’s a nice designed unit. Simple to use and charged up fast. We won’t be using this very regularly so it’s hard to say how long the charge will last.The tank removes easily and is easy to clean.The pressure options are nice though none worked for what we needed. I like that is comes with a basin for out of shower use which is how we used it.I’d recommend using mineral oil for a few nights before and then using this as although it was a high setting it’s just still not enough to get out truly impacted wax.It was so the job if used regularly.

It did tickle quite a bit but worked like a charm.

Worked pretty well! I used it to try and clean out my ears using a new method that wasn't sticking Qtips in there and it flushed them right out. It did tickle quite a bit but worked like a charm.

Does its Job. A Bit Expensive for What it is.

This electric ear wax remover does the same job as a manual ear syringe bulb, but with the added convenience of being electric. If you are someone who lives in a household where multiple people use a manual ear syringe bulb to flush out ear wax, or if you yourself use a manual bulb very often, then this product may be useful to you.Otherwise, if you seldom have a need to flush out and clean your ears, then I believe you won't need this product, as a manual ear syringe bulb will work just fine for most people.
