I’d been waiting nearly a year since this was announced and got it day after launch.Software brilliant; hardware is superb quality. I went for the i5 with larger memory - I need a few apps running but some storage elements/features need this, so best to do your research.I’ve stuffed mine with 3xWD Red m2 3tb and a couple of Samsung 2gb 990’s in (Raid 5 and 1 respectively). When E1’s drop in price I’ll go for it, but I’ve tried to future proof myself.Network performance is as you’d expect and the unit runs cold for me. The only negative was getting hold of the recommended heat sink (07 type) for the M2’s. They suddenly became available nearly three months later and mine arrived yesterday. I stress, even with a lot of initial transfer, the drives didn’t get too hot, however I’d rather just know I did things right.

Un producto caro pero tremendamente versátil y productivo, rápido, muy rápido y con infinidad de soluciones y apps para todo tipo de necesidades.¿Encantado con la compra? Sí, "pero"... se supone que estos aparatos son silenciosos al no tener partes mecánicas. He tenido que añadirle 2 ventiladores extra porque es muy malo disipando el calor y sus ventiladores hacen un ruido insoportable.Los ventiladores de la CPU y los discos saltan incluso cuando no hay trabajos en curso y con el sistema al 2% de rendimiento.He probado con todas las configuraciones que tiene para la gestión de los ventiladores, pero la realidad es que tiene muy mala ventilación, así que ojo donde lo pones porque puede llegar a ser muy incómodo.

Estoy contento con este servidor. Lo compre hace poco en una oferta en Bolo (1.649,00 € gastos impuestos incluido). El pedido llego en tiempo y forma, solo el embalaje un poco perjudicado, pero todo bien. Del aparato en si, nada que objetar. QNAP un especialista en estos productos. Contento. En cuanto a su rendimiento, lo esperado. Puertos Thunderbolt 4 (2) y dos puertos de red (2,5 GbE) y (10 GbE). Puerto USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) (2) y un Puerto USB 2.0. No voy a detallar todas sus característica, les remito a las especificaciones del producto. El software muy completo. Contento con el producto. Ya podre jubilar a mi viejo NAS. Si te lo puedes permitir y lo necesitas, lo recomiendo. Después de unos mese de uso, lo único que me incomoda es el tiempo que tarda en estar operativo después de arrancar lo mismo cuando lo apago, el cierre de las aplicaciones es muy lento. Es el comportamiento típico de un PC . Por lo demás ninguna queja. Lo sigo recomendando.
