I’m doing keto so this is a great alternative to flour for gluten free and low carb diets. I use it to make tortillas as the gel from the seeds/powder when mixed with liquid seems to mimick gluten like qualities.

esta muy bien, no lo habia probado nunca, deja un ligero gusto amargo, pero se desuelve muy bien en liquidos y es facil de tomar en esaladas
