I have to say I was sceptical about buying this chair, I have had Aeron Millers previously so this chair had a lot to live up to.I work from home and spend all day sat at my desk so having a comfortable chair with decent support is really important and worth paying a premium for.The chair does require assemble but the seat and the back with all the mechanism are together as complete units so it was simply a case of bolting the base together, dropping the seat on and then clicking the back into place. I'm not practical at all but it came with good instructions and all the tools so job done in 20 minutes.The build quality is good, all the main support frames in cast aluminium.The mesh material is really high quality, soft to the touch and breathable.This chair is 'very heavy!'...feels quality.When I first used the chair it was 'OK'.....comfortable but not quite as good as expected, "however" I realised the points of articulation on the chair are mind blowing so I set about making adjustments to fit me. The seat slid forwards giving more depth. the back raised up and the lumbar support adjusted forwards. Even the arms adjusted in every way imaginable. The bottom line is that after taking the time to set the chair up properly to my proportions it felt great, very comfortable and very supportive. Love it!All in all, a good purchase and I'm very happy with my choice.

After purhasing a product we tend to forget the importance of customer servervice unless there is a need.I have been incntact with SIHOO and I have to say I have been pleased with the customer servece. The 5 star rating is purly for this reason. You are not going to find reviews about customer service in Youtube about SIHOO, so I thought I should include it with my review. Pleasent converstion via email, its not instant as this is aftrall email converstion I have to say im very satisfied with the outcome. Hope this helps.

I had high hopes for the SIHOO Doro S300, especially given its sleek and modern design. Aesthetically, the chair is definitely a standout—it looks professional and well-crafted, fitting nicely into a home office or corporate setting.However, functionally, it hasn’t quite lived up to expectations. One of the biggest issues I’ve encountered is the back tilt resistance. It’s surprisingly weak—even when adjusted, it feels like the chair tips back far too easily. For an ergonomic chair at this price point, I expected a more secure and supportive tilt mechanism.The setup process also left something to be desired. The "out-of-box" assembly wasn’t as straightforward as advertised. I’d strongly recommend having at least two people on hand during setup to avoid frustration or missteps.Overall, while the chair scores points on looks, it misses the mark on key functionality and ease of setup. With a stronger tilt resistance and more intuitive assembly instructions, it could be a much better product.

At first the chair was good but I started to realise a few annoying things like when I rest on the air rest they keep tilting up and to stop that from happening you need to push them forward them they stop tilting up. The best rest would keep sliding down. The back rest only has 3 options so it doesny tilt back like normal chairs where you can angle the chair to feel comfortable, so you right then slightly back and then fully back. So only 3 allowed options.Then one day I had the back tilting right back so I could rest and take a nap but I had a clucking nose and bang my chair collapses. So now when I try to tilting back the furthest option 3 I have to get up switch to 3 sit back the chair will have to drop to the bottom and then tilt it back and when you get up allow it to snap back into position then move the switch to option 1. So within a yr it broke. The customer service was so poor so instead of replacing it under warranty I had to film the issue send it to them for the company to send me a part which was the whole main mechanism and expected me to know how to take it apart with all the hydrollics attached. Not that they didn't send me the whole part. The main hydrollics pole was missing and I only realised that when I took the whole chair apart. For a chair costing almost £800 i expected more better quality and if it broke i expected a full exchange rather than them sending a parts and missing parts. Poor quality the chair is not worth the money especially the customer service you get afterwards. There better chairs that are similar and better quality and much better vaule
