I add half a heaped tablespoon to Oatley Barista milk which is smooth and creamy, tastes delicious, then add half a banana at breakfast and in the evening when craving something sweet. So one heaped spoon over the day. I'll be buying regularly, like most people I just can't be downing half dozen different vitamins every day, plus minerals, plus bio culture. One stop shop to get the lot in a large tablespoon! Definitely have more energy since using for around a month.

Taste is disgusting, bought this under the impression it would taste nice and provide nutritional benefits. While it may provide the nutrients I need, the taste is something else. Comes with oats in it (whole) so when mixing with water or milk they sink to the bottom which doesn’t look appetising at all.

I just wanted to say that I was baffled when I came home with your new product 'supershake'.I just picked it from the shelf in full confidence in your brand which I always buy because I love the pure organic ingredients.So when I got home I had a look at the ingredient list... Damn ! that has nothing to do with pure and healthy anymore.The second ingredient, so the bulk of what you're eating, is 3 different types of sweeteners !... Then found out it's not even organic and to top it off there is Fluoride in it !?! Fluoride... what the hell...I won't even go in to how bad fluoride is for you but this is the first time i've seen it in the ingredient list of a food product.Absolutely baffled and lost trust in your brand completely.

I struggled with having breakfast before work but then ended up being really hungry in a couple of h after waking up. I add coconut milk, banana and kiwi into it then blend-it’s great and fills me up till lunch +gives a great energy kick! 100% would recommend!
