    Where to start, first off I had issues with customs ( nobodies fault) and the DF were in communication continuously helping me sort it out the Christmas period and even gave me a gift card for my inconvenience, totally unexpected. So that was already amazing. It didn't finish there, since my purchase they have been in touch to make sure I was happy with everything and if I require any additional support. I have been in the industry 15 years and I have never had that from any company even when buying big expensive gear like Sony venices. So customer service is a 10/10The actual steadi cam is fabulous, it's heavy and durable, built like a tank and you can see a lot of care was taken over the machining. The arm and sled feel great in the hands. I love the way it looks and the case and all the accessories were top tear. The carry case, even comes with wheels so I never have to strain my back taking it around and can through it in a truck or a plane and have no worries as it's a beast. I don't normally bother to write product reviews but DF are a company that I felt needed to be acknowledged. A product like this was for years unatanable for more entry level operators like myself and the ladder to become a steadi cam operator was stiff from the get go but now thanks to this product, I can put an Alexa or a Venice and feel safe with my gear and clients are very impressed with the work that can be delivered. They are also so happy that I can offer a service like this and at a fraction of the cost.Bottom line, this product is a must, you will not find another product of this level anywhere near this price, I know as I have looked. Buy with confidence, this is an A grade product
