I am impressed with these bars! They taste really nice compared to most of the competition. And because they are smaller (40g), it means lower calories and less sugar/carbs in return for a pretty reasonable 16g of protein.I'm sure they are still not exactly good for you as they will be ultra processed like all the other protein bar brands, but for a quick protein dense chocolate bar on the move, they're pretty great.
