It works for me. I have been taking it for 3 days straight and have been feeling more energetic and focused. I take it once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The taste is really bad, but manageable; I take it with water, which helps with the taste.

I am pleasantly surprised! I thought, 'Meh, how bad can it be?' The worst thing that can happen is that it won't work. But, to my surprise, it does work. It takes a few days to kick in, which is okay. I have more energy all day long. Honestly, I feel like I am on a plant-based diet. I am really aware of everything. I'm not tired even after a night of lack of sleep. I don't want to brag too much because I think it works differently for everybody. I haven't researched much, so I just hope it's not bad for the body to use it in the long run.

First off, I would say that you have to keep in mind that everybody's body is different and their needs are different, so everybody's results from using this product are going to be different. That being said, I have been using this product for a little over a week now. I took it first thing when I woke up with a little bit of shilajit on an empty stomach, and then I went to work. I definitely felt more energetic and more focused, although. So far, this product has impressed me. It's worth a try.

I've experimented with various brands, yet none compare to this product. It leaves me feeling energized throughout the day. While its taste and odor aren't the most appealing, I find it somewhat expected given its nature. From my experience, products that taste pleasant often fail to deliver on their promises. To mitigate the taste, I mix it into my morning coffee, effectively masking it. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality shilajit.

This is the real deal! I watched a lot of videos and read a bunch of articles about shilajit before heading to Bolo to find one to try. The most important take away from everything I saw was to make sure that you get the resin as the caplets and pills are not as effective. Very happy with this product and definitely recommend!

Quality:This product is thicker than tar. It's impossible to stir as advised in the leaflet and completely impossible to measure the correct amount. The box looked tatty (perhaps stored for too long) but there is no date stamp or use by date.And beware before buying - It's not eligible for return via Bolo

Also seit dieser Bestellung bin ich schwer enttäuscht! Das Produkt ist mittlerweile total gestreckt und hat nichts mehr mit Harz zutun!!! Die Konsistenz ist vergleichbar mit Sirup.Solltet ihr mal überdenken, ob ihr die Kunden so übers Ohr hauen wollt...
