The media could not be loaded. Trickiest thing when it comes to getting out nasal secretions for your little baby, though it takes some getting used to and also getting your baby to sit still when you do use it, it does prove to be a valuable aid. Specifically, when a moistened cotton bud won't work.The tubes are soft, rounded and gentle to the touch. You get three filters included and can be used with a manual or vacuum cleaner. The recommendation is 800w to max 1800w no more if it is powerful than this.You may struggle a little on the vacuum cleaner nozzle, if it’s on that is more narrow than wide. I found using your hand to adjust to seal the gaps is more than enough to get a good suction.Cleaning the tubes are a bit fiddly, but so long as you allow the parts to air dry adequately it's fine. Usual advice on cleaning, use hot or warm soapy water and do not use chemicals.The storage bag is very useful especially on the go and keeping it clean and safe for its next use.Price was £11.23 at the time.

I previously had the manual snot sucker so was intrigued to try the vacuum style one too. My little always battles these but the vacuum did seem to make the process slightly smoother. I personally recommend this one as you do have the two options to suck manually or with the vacuum which others do not provide

Having had a nasal aspirator for our first child, we were fully aware of how useful they are.I selected this as I saw it was suitable for vacuum based ones as well (Which we don't have, but were thinking of getting one) but it can also be used as a manual one.Somehow, it seems easier to use than the other one we had - and definitely easier to clean.Also, our 1 year old seems quite happy when we use it on him. An essential purchase for anyone with small children.

Initially I was a little worried about using this on the baby but as soon as you begin to use it you realise its not very powerful and would be rather difficult to harm the young one.It comes in a nice little draw sting bag so can easily be stored away until required…This is much more hygienic than by mouth and more comfortable for baby too. A quick clean after use and all is well with the world. A simple tool that makes life just that little easier.
