A very capable phone for the money.Is this the best mobile phone on the market? No!Is this the best featured phone on the market? No!So why do I think this is a great product? The price! This phone has a great range of features and a very useful screen (size, resolution and responsiveness) which makes it very very easy to use. It does (nearly) everything that I want in a great value package.This is my first Samsung phone and my first non Apple phone in quite a long time and I have not been disappointed.Will I be keeping it? No (maybe), but not because it isn't a good phone, but rather for a more mundane reason. I am one of the many people that have to use a hearing aid and unfortunately this phone does not support an audio to hearing aid function and this is something I have been used to with my old phone. So, if you are interested in this phone, I would suggest you check to make sure that it does offer all the functionality that you need.However, I was so impressed with this phone that I did my research and have now ordered a new Samsung phone that will give me the hearing aid function I want, and this phone will be going to my daughter.

This was a Christmas pressie for my husband. He's not really a 'phone' person. Only used the other one for emergency phone calls but it suddenly faded & died. Anyway he loves it. It's so responsive to touch, takes great photo's & he says watching film's & videos is a pleasure.

Ive had this phone one day and its not working, i need my phone as my mother is having end of life cancer care and i need to be able to have a contact number incase of an emergency so its disappointing that now i have to send it back wait for a refund to be able to order a new one. other than that the phone looks good.
