This strip paired with an SP630E controller (bought separately) is better than Philips Hue. Easy to install, well made and will hopefully last a long time. I replaced my Hue strip lighting with this and am very impressed. Will be using this again in future projects.Both the warm white and cool white are spot on as are the many colour options and brightness adjustments.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to drive this with an Arduino but the signalling required is nothing like a 2812 nor is it anything like SPI, however it is documented pretty well in the Chinese datasheet and the timing works out in multiples of 62.5ns (1/16khz).I took a rough guess at how many NOPs would be needed and it worked first time, I think it might be my day to buy a lotto ticket!If you are going to attempt this yourself, keep in mind that the signal has to be at the voltage of the LED string (24V in this case) so I'm using a pullup resistor and an N channel MOSFET so that I can drive it from the Arduino. Also don't forget to clear interrupts before you start the ASM bit banging.

the manufacturer's data on power is 2x overstated
colors are nice, warm white is more like 3500K, cold white is very cold, CCT warm/cold control works OK, single white (warm/cold) is not so bright (only 5W per meter).the manufacturer's data on power (144W for 5 meters) is 2x overstated.. this more 80W 5 meter strip (all 5 channels turn on 100%).5W/m for one white (warm or cold) or one color (red or green or blue)...8.5W/m for two whites (mixed warm & cold white to natural white, you need set CCT additive blending to 100% in WLED config for that!!!)15W/m for RGB white (mixed 3 colors: red with green with blue)...16W/m for all 5 channels (RGB white + mixed CCT white) - there is limiter on the strip..

TOP LED Streifen
Mit Abstand mein lieblings LED-Streifen. Die Farben sind top und die Möglichkeit auf RGB+CCT ist einfach mega. Vorallem für Wohnräume die auch mal Szenen o.ä. mit etwas Farbe vertragen können.Es sind immer 6 LEDs (24V Variante) auf einer Adresse. Was bei großen Applikationen wie Decken leuchten usw. Keine Probleme oder auch nicht störend ist.Bei Filigraneren Applikationen würde ich eher andere empfehlen.
