    The media could not be loaded. Interesting notebook designed especially for a new or existing personal fitness and food/nutrition journey.Wonderful quality book which has a leatherette hard cover, this is available in a few colour options (i chose green) in it is lightly embossed with some relevant illustration details and looks great. Aesthetically there is a bit of a feel good factor and appeal to get using this notebook. Measures approx 25x18cm which is just under A4 size so not that small to carry around while out and about.Filled with blank diary sized pages, it is 2 pages to a day which is very well laid out for taking all your fitness and nutrition notes. There is an information sheet provided with guidelines on how to use this notebook, it has enough for about 6 months. Also features page marking ribbons, an elastic pen holder, an internal pocket in the back cover plus some fun sticker sheets.I am sure there are virtual apps which do similar sorts of tracking and note taking, this is quite an old school way of getting started but if you're serious enough you will use it to your advantage. A bit expensive for a notebook at £22.99 (at the the time of review) but it is a very nice and specific item to have, it would be interesting to look back at the entries months down the line to review progress.

    Firstly, this is a high quality journal, the paper and binding scream 'quality product' and that comes out from every page within. That in itself is motivating - but also can dampen enthusiasm since it also brings a commitment to use it. Especially when it's as nice as this because people want to look at it and I can't have blank pages!It has a number of sections to help you on your way such as setting out your goals and tracking your progress. There are spreads and review sheets plus pages to record your daily fitness and of course, your food intake. Finally there are sections giving the calories for foods - but it feels a bit generic and I think I'll be better off looking at the actual packets if that's appropriate.I guess if you have a personal trainer - or are thinking about it then there's a whole lot more you could write down. I don't and I don't have a gym membership either (embarrassed and get bored) so I'll record walks and run, climbing and other activities. But if I wanted to, it's all there!Oh and there's some fun stickers as well.

    The Clever Fox Fitness and Food Pro Journal arrives packed in a clear plastic sleeve. The journal includes a quick start guide, 4 pages of stickers to decorate the pages with, 3 bookmark ribbons, a pen loop and an expanding pouch to store the sticker sheets and other papers in.The cover is made of vegan leather. I got the version in mystic blue which is a mid-tone blue with a slightly metallic sheen, and is embossed with fitness-related symbols and motivating words. The journal is 18cm wide and 25.5 cm long so slightly smaller than A4 size, and offers plenty of space on each page to write in. It feels sturdy and quite heavy due to its size but looks well made. The paper is 120gsm thick and of excellent quality.The journal starts with a list of calories and macronutrients that common foods contain, which is followed by goal setting and action steps pages, a progress tracker, measurements tracker, exercise calendar for 6 months, a monthly goal setting and review planner, and 2 pages for each day to track the type of exercise you did and the foods you have eaten. At the end of the journal there are 8 pages to write down recipes including nutritional data.In my opinion people who go to the gym or attend exercise classes will probably benefit most from this planner, as the main focus in the fitness section seems to be geared towards weight training/muscle toning.To sum up, this journal is well laid-out, contains lots of different types of tracker and due to its size there is plenty of space to write and make notes. This journal will be a helpful guide for your fitness and nutrition journey.

    This journal has made tracking my workouts and meals incredibly easy and motivating.Firstly, the layout is very well thought out. Each page is organized to include sections for daily workouts, meal planning, and even hydration tracking. It's really helped me stay consistent with my goals, and seeing my progress in a structured way is so rewarding.The design of the journal is also worth mentioning. The purple coloured cover is both sleek and durable, and the size is perfect, large enough to write comfortably, but still portable. The quality of the paper is excellent it is quiet thick, and the journal even includes some helpful tips and motivational quotes throughout.One of my favorite features is the habit tracker section. It allows me to keep an eye on my daily habits and make sure I'm staying on track with not just fitness and nutrition, but other healthy habits as well.It also comes with soome cute stickers to make your journal fun.It has a very good price for the quality and detail you get.I sincerely recommend it!!

    This planner is great for those who want to log every single part of a workout as in they’re going to write down every single exercise how many reps and how many sets, etc., and log all their food for the day. Personally, I was not a fan of this book just because I felt like I was wasting paper. I consistently felt like I was leaving pages completely empty I just wanted to write down what I did for my exercise that day. For example if it was 30 minutes on the treadmill, or laps at the pool etc. I did like the food pages because I am constantly tracking what I eat and I didn’t need a whole bunch of space for that. Definitely not the books fault or the creator‘s fault maybe I just chose the wrong one. Overall the book is very beautifully made and I love this brand.
