I've quit vaping so using this along side nic pouches I've stuff some cotton inside to restrict it so it's more mouth to lung and it's good so far

The breathing tubes themselves feel solid, and are smooth to the touch.The chains feel poor quality by comparison, and I wouldn't want to risk wearing one outside the house. But the loop the chain feeds through is big enough that it should be easy enough to change to a more sturdy chain if you so desired.I've never done well with breathing exercises, so decided I'd nothing to lose by giving these a try (especially as I got them free through the Vine review program).I'd feel silly using one if anyone else (including close family) was around, but am happy enough using one when totally on my own. Having the tube between my lips seems to remind me I'm doing a breathing exercise, and stops my mind wandering quite as quickly. But I'm not yet (after 2 weeks) getting into a routine of using it regularly, so it's hard to say what benefits I'm truly getting from it.The fact this comes as a pair means you could keep one at home, and tuck the other into a bag/pocket in case you felt you needed to use it when out and about.

Very nice items and very usefull. I don't have to think a lot if I ehxale enough and good. I controle better my deep breathing and that means I dive more quickly in a relaxation state of mind.
