This is fantastic, it actually works and it does not need gel pads, just a spray of water and it's ready to go. Best of all is the many functions and the strength of the impulses. My wife is happy with it, and it has great results. Highly recommend it

The media could not be loaded. After about two weeks from receiving, one of the arm straps stop working.In fairness the supply sent another one.Now a second arm strap has stop working. Unfortunately outside to return date.When it working it is good.But unfortunately I would not recommend this product. Unless you want to keep chasing the supplier. Would like to be able purchase two arm straps

Nach vier Schwangerschaften muss man hier und da "schummeln". EMS Training haben mein Mann erstmalig 2021 im Studio kennengelernt. Aber der Preis war Wucher..Zu dem ProduktDie Verarbeitungsqualität ist wirklich gut, ich finde keine defekten Nähte oder sonstige Produktfehler. Das Material ist auf der Haut sehr angenehm, hier scheuert nichts oder reibt an falsch auf die haut. Super Befestigung. Das EMS Gerät bietet 10 Modi und 30 fortschrittliche Intensitätsstufen, um individuellen Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Das Gerät bietet ein umfassendes Training, das uns hilft, Muskeln in der Taille, den Armen und Beinen zu trainieren, während Muskelkraft und Flexibilität verbessert werdenDie 10 Modi lassen sich schnell durchschalten. Es sind unterschiedliche Intervallmuster, von einem "vibrieren" bis "Attacke und lösen" in deren Takt man Übungen ausführen kann. Die Intensität lässt sich von kaum spürbar bis "uhlala" fein gestaffelt einstellen, wobei sich bei manchen Muskeln die höheren Stufen schon Krampfartig anfühlen. Wer TENS Gerät kennt so ca fühlt sich das an. Ein weites Spektrum ist hier also gegeben. Die Akkulaufzeit ist hierbei überragend, ein Akku hält ohne nachladen mehrere Einheiten durch.Zum EMS-Training selber: die Studienlage ist verwirrend, ich bemerke, dass ich mit EMS auf jeden Fall mit deutlich weniger Gewicht subjektiv und weniger Umfang an bestimmten Bereichen erreiche, da ich einen recht hohen Trainingsreiz habe. Ob das wirklich Fortschritte bringt, wird die Zeit zeigen. Ich baue das gesamte Set 1x die Woche in mein Training ein. Da ich noch einige übungen kenne und weiß das 20 minuten training ausreicht um einiges an cm zu verlieren mache ich das mit Vergnügen.Fazit: Jeder der an Gewicht und Umfang an die körperbereiche verlieren will sollte sich ein EMS Gerät - dieses EMS Gerät- anschaffen.

Sin duda es de los mejores que he probado y tiene una potencia inmejorable. He hecho la prueba y me resulta muy eficaz. Es muy sencillo de utilizar porque solo tienes que umedecer los electrodos y listo.

The media could not be loaded. La ceinture d'abdos est plus grande pour moi (28-29) (162m 55kg) si vous avez la même taille que moi c'est possible aussi d'utiliser la ceinture de cuisse sur le ventre.. je fais comme ça et ça marche très bien 😊

Eigentlich ist das Produkt prima und der Trainingseffekt super. ABER: nach knapp zwei Monaten regelmäßiger Nutzung ist der erste Controller kaputt gegangen und schaltet sich beim Einstellen gleich wieder aus. Echt schade!
