The shower works great now that it’s been repaired. It was delivered and installed by a registered plumber. The cartridge turned out to be faulty, so I had to pay a second call-out charge just to have that confirmed.I tried to request a replacement via the manufacturer’s warranty (the only option when purchased through Bolo). After several emails and calls, I was eventually redirected to an outsourced support company. They required me to agree to a £100 call-out charge and wait two weeks for an appointment.In the end, I gave up and just paid £70–£80 for a replacement part myself — it took five minutes to install. A total waste of time and money. Finding a plumber is hard enough, amplify that but poor support...probably best to look elsewhere.Avoid — not because the shower is bad, but because the support is a thinly veiled way to avoid honouring the warranty.

I have been using the GROHE product for over 10 years, I do trust this brand and believe in their quality. However, this times disappointed me so much. When I installed everything and would like to start experiencing the rain shower, but nothing came out from rain shower. It only works for shower head. Really really disappointed. I have just read other customer reviews after feeling bad with that. Some of them experienced the same problem. There is a product design faults, how come this brand makes such a poor quality of product. I would like to ask for refund or exchange parts to get my rain shower back.This product does not meet my expectation.I seek opinion from Grohe customer service, and the technician support could not help me to sort this out, and said that the product could not be improved anymore.I am not happy with this product and would like to request refund.

This is a poor quality product for the price.The diverter does not function properly and is only made of a hardened plastic material.The brand has to go back and look at its design as it is not fit for purpose.
